My stay at Taj MG Road was truly enjoyable. The hotel’s impeccable cleanliness and well-maintained spaces made it feel welcoming and safe. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. What stood out the most was the polite and attentive staff, always ready to assist with a smile. A perfect blend of hygiene, comfort, and warm service!

The Taj MG Road, Bengaluru, truly lives up to its legacy of Indian hospitality. We stayed here for a single night on our short leisurely stay. All the staff member—from the doorman to housekeeping—made our experience unforgettable. Warm, graceful, and exceptional service throughout. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We can’t wait to return! A five star service experience.

I had a wonderful stay at taj mg road, as always Special thanks to Mr. Jyothi, who greets everyone with a warm smile , and mr giri for his attentive service. I'd also like to appreciate a lady ( for the name but who is from bali some where in west bengal) from ront desk whose hospitality stood out, mr nawaj from security makes sure that arrival is smooth.|A shout out to the young team at 7 rjvers - though i missed their names , i fondly remember they were from north east india and west bengal. Their energy added to the experience.|There were a few short comings in in room dining which i am confident will be addressed and improved upon in future visits.|Last but cerntainly not least , heartfelt thanks to Mr. JAaykant shroff , who is always approchable and ensures everything runs smoothly.|Thank you sir.

It was pleasant stay with good food. Welcome at reception is very good and respectful. After that service to reach to room is very pleasant. Mr Abhishek p Shrivastava provided the very good support during entire stay. The ambience of Trinity food was fresh. Live music is very good

She is the Taj! This is their motto and vision. And they truly live upto their legacy. Deep rooted in tradition and culture of Indian hospitality, the Taj MG road BLR is an epitome of the same. My family and I spent 6 nights at this exemplary masterpiece of a hotel and I must say it has been the most memorable of my experiences so far. The staff from the doorman to the restaurant to the front desk and the housekeeping, each one contributing to give their customers the most wonderful experience which truly resonates what the Taj stands for. We will most definetely come back soon to once again experience the warmth and gracefulness of the most friendly people and staff of the Taj.

I stayed at the taj mg road " for three nights for a work conference. Overall, it was a perfectly adequate experience that did the job, but it wasn't without its flaws. If you're looking for a no-frills place to sleep in a great spot, this could work for you, but it's important to set your expectations.

Except cellent service by front office,(sarupa as she followed up each and every need),reservation (Christin) wonderful voice and humble wonderful greeting as we check in the property excellent service by in room dining as they were very prompt in the order and delivered dinner on time with a smile , Housekeeping service was provided as I requested shaving cream and wet cloth bag it’s was given fast |Over all restaurant and bar service was good but they could do better with there smile |We will be back soon with the taj family
