My mother has been receiving excellent care at the Kites Dementia Center since August 2024. While she experienced minor dementia at home, her condition, particularly her mobility and hearing, began to decline in May 2024, prompting our doctor to recommend professional help. We admitted her to Kites, and from day one, we've been incredibly impressed with the care, cleanliness, and professionalism of the facility. This positive experience is echoed by all our friends and relatives who have visited. My mother has been staying here since March 2025, and the experience has been reassuring from day one. She is residing on a floor dedicated to seniors with age related challenges and not dementia like the other sections specialise in. This was something they got into as a natural extension of what they already do well and gratefully offered to take my mother in. The team is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares for the residents. The living environment is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Meals are nutritious and thoughtfully planned. Regular activities keep residents mentally and socially engaged though my mother is hesitant due to her health condition. They keep trying to cajole her and are making slow strides. I especially appreciate how proactive the staff is in communicating with families. Knowing that my mother is in safe and caring hands gives us great peace of mind. I would strongly recommend the centre to anyone looking for reliable, compassionate elder care.

My friend has taken the help of Kites for her husband who is a dementia patient.Her very first conversation with Prashob was so welcoming and the confidence the team portrayed in handling the senior citizens and other patients displayed their sensitivity towards people who are In need of their helping hands. Truly appreciate the help rendered by shyam who was extremely sincere and displayed his dedication by focusing more on her husband's smallest needs too when they were with him for a day at her place for a family function.Their service was outstanding and beyond words .
