Treating the old This is a charitable trust engaged in the treatment of patients critically ill. the charitable home is run by an organization. They at present treating 10-13 patients. There are trained nurses for treating the patients. Clean and healthy environment is maintained which is good for aged. The treatment charges are applicable as per the condition of the patient.

My mother was discharged from Aster CMI but was not fit to fly due to several brain haemorrhages and since I am Delhi based, a friend referred me to Kites Senior Care Centre in HBR layout, Manyata.
My decision to bring my mother here was a blessing in disguise! Ramya the Centre Head was very kind and warm. Dr. Yousef, Leena and the entire staff here are excellent. They not only take care of the patients but also monitor vitals regularly and modulate medicines accordingly. They also provide physiotherapy and ayurveda sessions in-house.
Their patient handling is superb and attendants can be arranged by them. The perfect place to have kept my mother during the post – discharge period.

All. the doctors there took extremely good care of me .

The physiotherapy department did most of the treatment which was really effective .

The doctors with. their treatments and medicines ensured that i am able to move about freely without getting confined to bed .

Young girls and boys working there as nurse were extremely dedicated and well mannered. despite their punishing. work load .

Food served was simple but nutritious . There was never any delay in serving and the kitchen staff was extremely punctual in this regard .

Very good place for senior citizens and Dementia patients. They are very kind and well behaved attenders. My father-in-law was there for four months having Dementia. They took care of him very well. They do lot of activities to keep inmates active and healthy. Hi, My mother stayed in Ananda Vihar post hospitalization multiple times and also when the family has to travel out of Bengaluru for work for duration more than a week or so. We found facility very user friendly. Mr.Anjaneya is excellent person. He understands each & every person staying in the center and calibrates his interactions with them and ensures that they feel at home. Mr.Rakshit plays his role as one of the senior caretaker admirably.

They organise various programs/events to keep occupants engaged, healthy ,cheerful.

Anjaneyulu sir and team who have provided a path to us during the panic situation when my father was in serious condition at a multi-facility hospital where doctors were not sure about the condition of our father and they were not able to give us a direction what to do and how to handle our father’s condition even after one month stay in ICU.
Fortunately during this panic situation we came to know about Anand vihaar and we admitted our father here. Right from day one we experienced a great homely care alongwith medical care, physical and mental care. They have provided the best care to our father in all aspects. Exactly after 6 months of stay, our father became independent in performing his own day to day scores. We are very happy and my father is also very happy as we have brought him back home. Had a great experience with nightingale trust dementia day care centre. They have the most compassionate staff who pay close attention to each and every person. They engage each elderly with a exercises and help their cognitive skills development daily. The place feels homely and comfy and each person is treated with the same respect, care and love. It was lovely interacting with all the elders there and they were very active throughout and participated in almost all the cognitive and yoga and physiotherapy sessions. Heart warming experience! We have admitted our mother with dementia to NMT a year back. It has been a great solace to our pained hearts to witness how well the staff take care of the inmates. Very professional in all procedures and systems, very cooperative and kind to all the family members. Mother is very happy in this place and it gives us great relief to see how much she has improved in health and mental activities. NMT is the best choice when it comes to Dementia care in the country. We as a family are very grateful for the support and care my mom in law received at NMT. After a lot of consideration we approached them for her care. Took their services for 3 weeks to care of elderly cancer patient at home. Suddenly their staff went on leave and they were not able to arrange any replacement. Also lot of false promises they make regarding staff availability. Payments are taken in advance upfront, would advise anyone to exercise caution while engaging them. Empathy is the most basic trait needed which unfortunately is missing in them.

5 Aug Update: Look at their graceless and tone deaf response after 2 months blaming patient instead. Patient isn’t alive anymore to defend themselves but companies like these will stoop to any level to bring them down. Pathetic really, only saving grace being they have exposed themselves with their reply here so have to thank them for that

My experience here in NMT has been delightful. I’ve gained valuable experience and practical skills which made me confident enough to boost my professional as well as personal growth. I’m truly impressed by the way they put team efforts when it comes to taking care of the patients. This is one of the best organisation for learning and a reliable one which is committed towards their mission.

I am sending my husband. He got adjusted and he is comfortable there. In about 10 days I see some changes in him. Formerly he would be always by my side.now he stays for himself and does not insist on me by is side. I find some small changes also. I am happy about his stay there.

Me and my Sharda were staying at Mumbai and Sharda was having Dementia. As there are no facility at Mumbai, we came to Bangalore at my Son Dharmesh place. Since February 2023 we have put Sharda at Jayanagar Center of NMT, under the care of Ms. Chandanaji and her staff.
She has been very well taken care of by the Centre. With sincere Care, help and engaging her in a number of activities my wife Sharda was at ease at the Centre. She felt more comfortable at the Jaynagar. These continues even after taking over charge by Ms.Swatiji without any deviation. We are compelled to put my wife at Kasturinagar Head Office from late May 2024 onward as my entire family have to go to USA for my Grandson’s wedding.
We hope to bring my wife back at the Jaynagar Center on our return from USA.
We are happy and satisfied by the care, help and activities being given at Jayanagar Centre.

Nightingale is one of the few institutions, or I can say the only institution, that helps families take care of dementia patients by providing day care services. It provides this service at a very reasonable cost. What is really amazing is that the center at RV Road, Bangalore, is entirely run by female staff members. They are doing a great job. I have a couple of feedback points: First, the center could consider providing open space for the patients. Second, they could offer food to the patients for an additional charge. In most homes, we are unable to take care of the nutrition of dementia patients
