Spandana is a very trustworthy and reliable agency. I can tell by my own experience. During about 2 years of my mothers illness, the nurses hired from this agency (nurse named Revathy) looked after her very well with extreme care, cleanliness amd punctuality. She was very courteous with other family members as well. The replacements would happen on time. I would recommend spandana as worth for our money spent on hiring nurse.

A HOME CARE WITH NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS. This is not a PAID REVIEW but honest review with the disappointing experience i had with SPANDANA HOME CARE which is in HSR layout. Please do take note before you dive into this organisation for services as they ditch you badly at the right and crucial time. 1. Once upon a time spandana was supposed to be a clean and neat service provider for elderly care. 2. Now their services have completely degraded. 3. I presume the care takers employed by spandana is just to beat the competition. 4. Caretakers are not at all trained. Customers need to train them. Most of the caretakers have no aptitude to learn and also are very very arrogant. 5. Caretakers when deputed have reasons to escape from the house by conveying to spandana as if customer asked them to go. 7. They lack civic sense and even basic work caretakers are unable to perform. 8. Spandana has no hold on caretakers as caretakers at their will decide to leave the customers place. They don't even care their own employer. 9. Caretakers themselves give negative opinion about spandana. Hence there is no need for any customer to write a review. 10. Replacements take their own time. It may extend from fortnight to a month or more. Hence present caretakers know the situation and play with customers. 11. Critical patients suffer because of the bad attitude of care takers. 12. Spandana still belives caretakers are true to their word and customer are liers. 13. Caretakers have no patience but expect a bounty in terms of salary. Experienced or inexperienced the salary remains same. 14. For Long term one cannot depend on spandana for sure. 15. Especially for critical care one cannot depend on spandana for sure. 16. Finally I don't think management has any say and hence the company is managed by downline staff as per their whims and fancies. 17. All caretakers experience seems like fake as the experience and even Aadhar photo copies looks like altered. Some don't have date of birth and others mobile numbers. 17. Now caretakers are not innocent. They have started knocking expensive things if unnoticed. I lost items worth Rs 20000. 18. There are no field officer at spandana who take stock of the situation at patients end before deputing caretakers. 19.. Care takers now a days come for time pass. If everything gets adjusted to their will they stay nor they search for another house. That's it. Don't go by good reviews. Good reviews are always presumed to be paid reviews. Hence ask the real ones who have taken services and then decide. Rest is your decision. Anyone planning to go with spandana for services need to have a clear agreement so that they don't get ditched like us through midway.

The agency is excellent. They chose the right girl for my mother. She was such a caring, gentle and wonderful person that my mother was so happy with her. She was always smiling and never once complained about her work.. she did more than we expected of her. We will miss her a lot when she leaves..

Hard earned money just drained into the drains. Was not a very comfortable experience with spandana. Except for a couple of the girls, the rest were extremely arrogant. They were not ready to listen to what ever was told. They don't know the basic work but they are termed as experienced but the salary remains same. Getting replacement is a big headache. Caretakers come and go giving one or the other reasons. So back to square one. Spandana is not bothered. They are masters in ditching customers. Finally spandana has neither hold on their caretakers nor any concern towards customers. Rest customers can have a live experience when they engage a caretakers.
