We had enrolled in the Gold Plan with Malabar in Bangalore and recently closed the plan. At the time of closing, we had accumulated 76 grams of gold. We chose to collect the gold from the Trichy branch, where they provided a rough bill with 14% wastage. However, the same bill generated from the Bangalore branch mentioned 16% wastage, and they asked us to pay the difference. Additionally, based on the current gold rate of ₹1,984 per gram, I actually have extra gold in my account. But in the bill, they only reduced ₹400, which doesn’t make sense mathematically. The managers at the branch were unable to explain the billing properly, and their system seems completely flawed. This experience was very disappointing. My humble request to others is: please do not opt for the Gold Plan with Malabar. Once your money is with them, they do not listen to your concerns or treat you fairly. I tried to give nagative review but no such options better avoid this shop to save your money, atleast you can save minimum 6k for 8 grams and even they manager don't having basic knowledge to address the customer issue, he will repatly telling same thing without lession customer issue, I request for management pls change the manager

This showroom has very good collection of jewellery and I have never come back just once without getting my choice of jewellery.. The staff is is very good and I was attended by Hasainer who has fantastic knowledge about each item of jewellery.. He attends the customer very well and has lots of patience to suggest and explain about the right kind of jewellery as per our needs. He is very courteous and professional.Such employees are truly superstars for such a well known establishment. I am really happy to go back to buy my next piece of jewellery from there very soon.Overall it is a pleasant experience for me and my friends who always visit this place.. very courteous staff, nice collection of jewellery, clarity of the prices, value for our old jewellery when exchanged is the best.we also get to check the purity of the jewellery we buy.

Very good collection for all the ornaments. Ms. Supriya helped us in selecting the best choice of ornaments but the billing process is very slow and the sales person gets confused. They don't provide the right packing for the items purchased.

He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to our preferences. Avish helped us find exactly what we were looking for, with a warm and professional attitude throughout.
