The store has really helpful and patient sales folks. Saalim went out of the way and helped us try out different pieces till we were satisfied. He was fully invested with us. In fact, even after we had zeroed in on what we wanted, we were trying out some fancy pieces (which we evidently had no intention of buying). Saalim still was super patient and treated us with utmost attention. Really professional. Would definitely recommend.

They have don't have single bangle collection and service is very bad. Gold scheme I missed one instalment for which they increased 5% making charges and repair work was so bad that the broken bangle did not get fixed. I waited for Manage for 40 mins to have a word. He was least bothered to attend. Wasted in total 5-6 hrs Today I end my 15 year relationship with Malabar Gold.
