We had already booked the car and my husband was almost at the Onboardz office to pick it up when suddenly you call and say the car isn’t available. What kind of pathetic service is this? Your customer care is a complete joke — no one responds, no one cares. We had important work and you people just screwed it all up. When we cancel, you shamelessly deduct 30%, but when the screw-up is on your end, you offer nothing? Ridiculous! After waiting 30 minutes, some useless customer service guy finally calls only to say "we can’t do anything." If that’s the case, do us all a favor — shut down your business and go home. You clearly don’t know how to run it.

One of the worst experience with this rental services. No proper customer care. No proper service. No proper people to respond. Everything through calls only. Once you drop off they wont refund your money, They wont even lift your calls. The way they treat customers is very bad. Recently, i took a car from these people, they told fast tag would work if we recharge. We recharged as they say. But the fasttag didn’t work at all. Because of these people we paid penalty for the tolls. We paid extra 1300 rupees for 6 tolls. They said we will refund once we drop the vehicle. But they never responded back. They didn’t pick the calls next day. The worst experience ever. Never ever take from these worst people. Very worst service

I had booked a car from Onroadz Car Rentals for Hyderabad Airport and also paid an advance. However, the car never arrived at the airport, and the Onroadz team did not respond properly. Every time I called, they kept saying "just 5 minutes" and disconnected the call. They have not refunded my money either. This company is nothing but a complete fraud.

I rented a Wagon R (2023) Automatic from Onroadz on 9th July (Sunday). I'll share my experience briefly in this review. I am from Chennai and as I was looking for a self-driving rental car service in Bangalore, I chose Onroadz over Zoom, Revv, or other service providers because I knew that this company is based in Coimbatore and is having their fleet in Bangalore as well. After finding their contact number, I tried calling them for an enquiry on 6th July (Thursday), after multiple attempts to reach them, I couldn't get their customer service personnel on line. The next morning, a person attended the call and upon enquiry they said an Alto 800, a Celerio (White Board), a Wagon R were available at ₹1900, ₹2500, and ₹2600 respectively. Since my budget was around ₹2000, I asked them to confirm the Alto and they said they'll confirm it and will communicate on WhatsApp, but until evening they didn't confirm the same, so I again called them to check the status and this time they said the Alto has already been booked. I asked if they had any other cars but since there wasn't any other option, I had to choose the Celerio for ₹2500. On WhatsApp, they sent me a form to fill and a QR code to pay the advance of ₹1000. I paid the advance and they confirmed the booking for Celerio. Again after a few hours, they called me and said that the Celerio has some mechanical problems and hence it's unavailable. Then, they said there's a Kiger (White Board) available and they can give it for the same ₹2500, and I confirmed it and they sent me the pick up location and the contact number of the owner on Saturday morning. On Saturday evening, I contacted the owner of the Kiger to let them know that I'll come and pick the car tomorrow by 9 am, so that they'll get the car ready. This time, the owner refused to give the car on Sunday and said that 'they didn't say that the car is available on Sunday, it's only available on Monday and Tuesday'. Now I got fed up and went directly to the Onroadz - Bangalore Office around 9 pm on Saturday and demanded them to get things sorted. There was an employee named Jaya, he was polite and he apologized for the hassle and quickly spoke with the team and arranged the Wagon R. It was an automatic model. Even though all the cars I chose previously were manual ones, I had no other option but to go with this Wagon R. After finishing the formalities, I picked it up on Sunday morning. I had a great experience driving the car and I would give 5 stars for the car. The next day on my way to the Onroadz Office, the car's front tyre got punctured. I changed the spare wheel and took it to the puncture shop and got it patched. This took me 2 hours extra and because of this I had to pay ₹700 extra (₹350 for every extra hour). Feedbacks: It would have been better if the booking process was hassle free. Until 12 hours before my pick-up time, I wasn't sure if I would get a car or not. It was anxiety-inducing and stressful. All this happened despite me contacting them 4 days prior to my booking date. It would also be great if there was support from the Onroadz's side in an event of puncture or breakdown, for me the car got punctured just 4 kms away from the Onroadz's office and yet I had to do everything by myself and bring back the car and pay an extra ₹700 for the delay. Onroadz Team, if you're reading this, kindly do the needful to make sure the overall experience is pleasant for the customers.

Hii... Actually reading all the negative comments we were much scared to confirm our travel with them and finally we had no other choice we spoke to them. They assured us no problem will lead uu. So we trusted their words the car condition was very good no problem we healed up wit. Worth for the money thank youu an ur team

Onroadz car rental, self-drive car rental service is worst. I made a confirmed booking on 30th April 2025 at 10:13 AM for a self-drive car to be delivered to Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore by 11:30 AM, as promised by customer care. Upon request on WhatsApp chat, customer care Said ok to my 11:00 am delivery request. However, the service was never delivered, and the entire experience was marked by negligence and miscommunication. The following points highlight the failure: 1. No driver were shared until 12:00 PM inspite of calling several times, well after the promised delivery time. 2. At 12:00 PM, I received a delivery agent’s contact, who admitted that he had been informed of the assignment just a minute ago. 3. He further stated that the vehicle would arrive only after 45 minutes, delaying the delivery significantly. 4. At 12:30 PM, the driver’s contact number was shared, and when I spoke to him, he confirmed that *he had been informed about the car delivery only five minutes earlier*. 5. Despite this, the car had still not arrived by 1:00 PM, leaving me and my family stranded and with no choice but to request a cancellation. 6. I demanded a refund due to this complete failure to deliver the service, but customer care refused, stating that refunds were not possible as per their policy. This is a clear case of service deficiency, where the vendor failed to fulfill their contractual obligation and caused considerable inconvenience, including the loss of valuable time and disruption of my travel plans.
