Clean the cars thoroughly. Not just put polish on dirty panels. I almost puked seeing all the dirt, grime and marks in the car. The roof liner had mould (its a health hazard!!!!), the driver side AC vent is broken, the IRVM is loose and keeps popping off!! The tyres and suspension system need to be replaced. Car needs a wheel alignment & balancing. Moreover, the particular fastag on the car already had a balance of approx Rs. 75,000/- however delivery agent asked to me recharge it because if I didn’t you would charge me 2x. This is absurd. Make processes for customers’ convenience not just yours, please! This type of bureaucracy is not reflective of a sustainable business. Also, keeping customers Aadhaar card hostage is the worst “process” I ever came across in recent times. IT GUARANTEES YOU NOTHING! Please don’t run a business under the false pretence that keeping Aadhaar card/ ID gives you “security” from anything. It’s only for your peace of mind (personal) and not a business decision. In this digital age, it’s a shame you do something like that. I faced a lot of issues during my hotel checking because I didn’t have physical Aadhaar card. Additionally, since the car was picked up from and dropped off at the airport, I got a WhatsApp message from you saying to bring the card 3 hours prior to the end time to ensure smooth process flow. Who cares about your process? End time = End time, if you need time, make it at your own expense and not ask customer to waste their time. I come to Bengaluru every 2 weeks for the last 3 years and I rent from Revv, this time they didn’t have SUV’s available so I gave your service a chance instead of my usual backup, mychoize. I regret it from the moment I booked. Will never recommend this to anymore. Also, I have no information/ communication about the security deposit refund, fastag refund and excess fuel refund – therefore your process doesn’t work! 0 starts really, but I will give 1 star only for the fact that my purpose you solved, somehow!

Horrible service, booked a car week in advance, and at the time of pick up, I was informed that the driver side door can barely open because of damage. I was still ok to pick up the car, but later found out that the battery is also dead and the car doesn’t even start. And they don’t have a single spare car. So wonder if you are on your journey and face a breakdown, then you will be on your own. They mentioned I will get a full refund within 48 hours, but nothing yet. It has been 3 days. Please avoid Wow carz.

Had a great experience travelling with Wow Cars. The car given on the first day i20 Magna in Bangalore had some repaired punctures so I requested for a replacement car in Mysuru. I got a brand new automatic gear Toyota Taisor – this car was just awesome and I had a great time travelling from Mysore to Ooty to Coorg to Mysore and back to Bangalore. Special mention for Sridhar from Wow Cars Mysuru who made me comfortable with the automatic car by driving a couple of rounds with me as I drove automatic for the first time. Also special thanks to Manu for arranging the Toyota Taisor for us!!
Only request is please share the hard copies of RC , insurance and Border tax beforehand without having the need to ask.
Otherwise a very professional organization.

Update: the refund department is totally messed up. They process refund by mistake to some other account or person and asking me the proofs ans bank statement if I received it or not and instead of being apologetic about not refunding on time following up with me to sends proofs . I am reducing rating to 1 start after their 3rd follow-up.

Worst service ever. We was stuck in place and ask for extension of more 24hrs they told to pay double of what we booked.
Secondly when we came to deliver the car they clam false saying u smoked in car, gutka without any proof.
And fixed 5000rs extra, asked 3000for smoking.
And we reached 9 and they started to inspect at 9:30pm and with fine they are extending hours . Final closer they give 12k which was suppose to pay 2.5k.
I told keep driving license as I was annoyed with there harassment.
They saying let’s go to police station.
End I only called police and complain first about they and police did settlement

I booked an Innova Crysta. The exterior of the car had several damages. The left side passenger bucket seat folding mechanism was broken and seat was unusable. After persistent attempts at trying to get them to repair the seat, they reluctantly took the shop to the mechanic and brought it back with a temporary fix. This delayed my pickup and I asked the employees at the yard to extend my drop off time and they had both agreed. When I returned the car they denied that the drop off time was extended. After several rounds of discussion with the yard employees and customer care they finally agreed. When they calculated the final fine they accounted for Rs. 15/extra km although my booking had shown Rs. 9/ extra km. Despite showing the yard employees and sending customer service evidence of the booking they kept insisting that I should pay 15/km (even though it was their fault). Finally when I said I would escalate the issue with a formal complaint they said they would sort it out. But it has been over 2 weeks since I have got my refund.
Neither the yard employees nor customer service have any intention of returning my money.
It was a very bad and frustrating experience. I don’t recommend renting a car from this company.

Horrible experience. The yard manager was sleeping with the office locked. No contact number was provided, even though the pick up was early in the morning. They refused delivery, but the location was within 30 kms.
I had to wait an hour after the booking start time for my trip to begin.
The car was dented and scratched at multiple places and sun visor was broken. Wipers left marks on the windshield. The insurance copy in the car was old. The yard manager was persistently trying to pass it off as the current copy.
Customer support was only interested in the customers liability. No action was taken or a call to the customer when the trip did not start on time. After I brought this to their notice multiple times, they only provided a measly refund.

We booked a Innova 4 months ago in Bangalore as we are traveling from the US and needed a reliable car.
Upon receiving the car we realized that the permit was expired and not drivable. After hours of waiting for a new permit approval with 4 kids outside of our hotel, the manager pramisooriith decided to cancel the car. The employee who was delivering the car was trying to help us find another one through the company and the manager pramisoorjith didn’t like that and was scolding him in front of me ultimately firing him for trying to help me. Please treat your employees better. This man deserves his job back.

I personally feel my choice is a good application and a platform to have a car rented on our Self-drive. I have taken the car for almost 2 days and the service is good and the best part is it is 24 hours. Any time you can pick up the car or drop the car They have lot of varieties of car available. I would definitely Rent next time from my Choice application. Also, there is a deposit that they take, and if you are passing through any toll taxes or highways, it would get detected from the deposit and the rest of the amount will be refunded I would like to highlight my Choice team that the refund process and the invoicing could have been done little faster because I’ve already dropped the car day before yesterday and haven’t received anything yet.

OK experience as the executive who handed the car to me wasn’t well trained and knowledgeable about the process. Being first time users of this service, everything had to be figured out on the go.
The car quality could have been much better. There was far too much of vibration, the headlights were very dim and the wipers were completely worn off. The odo read 1.54L kms. There was a lot of scratches, broken bumpers as well. The drive at night and during heavy rains was dangerous due to this.
While returning the car, the executive was good, he was patient and ensured the handover was smooth, hence the 2/5 rating.

Good car, fast booking, good service, reasonable prices. Drop off place has good staff, drop off itself is relatively hassle free, and place has decent washrooms (it matter considering families dropping off a car late at night).
Can be better cleaned considering the center has such good cleaning facility. People who drop off car will wait for their cab to arrive. Waiting area (chair, water) must be provided.

I rented a HYUNDAI I20 from AM self drive cars in Bangalore last weekend,and the experience was absolutely smooth from start to finish.

We had already booked the car and my husband was almost at the Onboardz office to pick it up when suddenly you call and say the car isn’t available. What kind of pathetic service is this? Your customer care is a complete joke — no one responds, no one cares. We had important work and you people just screwed it all up.
When we cancel, you shamelessly deduct 30%, but when the screw-up is on your end, you offer nothing? Ridiculous! After waiting 30 minutes, some useless customer service guy finally calls only to say “we can’t do anything.” If that’s the case, do us all a favor — shut down your business and go home. You clearly don’t know how to run it.

Once you drop off they wont refund your money, They wont even lift your calls. The way they treat customers is very bad. Recently, i took a car from these people, they told fast tag would work if we recharge. We recharged as they say. But the fasttag didn’t work at all. Because of these people we paid penalty for the tolls. We paid extra 1300 rupees for 6 tolls. They said we will refund once we drop the vehicle. But they never responded back. I had booked a car from Onroadz Car Rentals for Hyderabad Airport and also paid an advance. However, the car never arrived at the airport, and the Onroadz team did not respond properly. Every time I called, they kept saying “just 5 minutes” and disconnected the call.

I rented a Wagon R (2023) Automatic from Onroadz on 9th July (Sunday). I’ll share my experience briefly in this review.
I am from Chennai and as I was looking for a self-driving rental car service in Bangalore, I chose Onroadz over Zoom, Revv, or other service providers because I knew that this company is based in Coimbatore and is having their fleet in Bangalore as well.
After finding their contact number, I tried calling them for an enquiry on 6th July (Thursday), after multiple attempts to reach them, I couldn’t get their customer service personnel on line. The next morning, a person attended the call and upon enquiry they said an Alto 800, a Celerio (White Board), a Wagon R were available at ₹1900, ₹2500, and ₹2600 respectively. Since my budget was around ₹2000, I asked them to confirm the Alto and they said they’ll confirm it and will communicate on WhatsApp, but until evening they didn’t confirm the same, so I again called them to check the status and this time they said the Alto has already been booked. I asked if they had any other cars but since there wasn’t any other option, I had to choose the Celerio for ₹2500. On WhatsApp, they sent me a form to fill and a QR code to pay the advance of ₹1000. I paid the advance and they confirmed the booking for Celerio. Again after a few hours, they called me and said that the Celerio has some mechanical problems and hence it’s unavailable. Then, they said there’s a Kiger (White Board) available and they can give it for the same ₹2500, and I confirmed it and they sent me the pick up location and the contact number of the owner on Saturday morning.
On Saturday evening, I contacted the owner of the Kiger to let them know that I’ll come and pick the car tomorrow by 9 am, so that they’ll get the car ready. This time, the owner refused to give the car on Sunday and said that ‘they didn’t say that the car is available on Sunday, it’s only available on Monday and Tuesday’.
Now I got fed up and went directly to the Onroadz – Bangalore Office around 9 pm on Saturday and demanded them to get things sorted.
There was an employee named Jaya, he was polite and he apologized for the hassle and quickly spoke with the team and arranged the Wagon R. It was an automatic model. Even though all the cars I chose previously were manual ones, I had no other option but to go with this Wagon R.
After finishing the formalities, I picked it up on Sunday morning. I had a great experience driving the car and I would give 5 stars for the car.
The next day on my way to the Onroadz Office, the car’s front tyre got punctured. I changed the spare wheel and took it to the puncture shop and got it patched. This took me 2 hours extra and because of this I had to pay ₹700 extra (₹350 for every extra hour).
Feedbacks:
It would have been better if the booking process was hassle free. Until 12 hours before my pick-up time, I wasn’t sure if I would get a car or not. It was anxiety-inducing and stressful. All this happened despite me contacting them 4 days prior to my booking date.
It would also be great if there was support from the Onroadz’s side in an event of puncture or breakdown, for me the car got punctured just 4 kms away from the Onroadz’s office and yet I had to do everything by myself and bring back the car and pay an extra ₹700 for the delay.
Onroadz Team, if you’re reading this, kindly do the needful to make sure the overall experience is pleasant for the customers.

Onroadz car rental, self-drive car rental service is worst.
I made a confirmed booking on 30th April 2025 at 10:13 AM for a self-drive car to be delivered to Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore by 11:30 AM, as promised by customer care.
Upon request on WhatsApp chat, customer care Said ok to my 11:00 am delivery request.
However, the service was never delivered, and the entire experience was marked by negligence and miscommunication. The following points highlight the failure:
1. No driver were shared until 12:00 PM inspite of calling several times, well after the promised delivery time.
2. At 12:00 PM, I received a delivery agent’s contact, who admitted that he had been informed of the assignment just a minute ago.
3. He further stated that the vehicle would arrive only after 45 minutes, delaying the delivery significantly.
4. At 12:30 PM, the driver’s contact number was shared, and when I spoke to him, he confirmed that *he had been informed about the car delivery only five minutes earlier*.
5. Despite this, the car had still not arrived by 1:00 PM, leaving me and my family stranded and with no choice but to request a cancellation.
6. I demanded a refund due to this complete failure to deliver the service, but customer care refused, stating that refunds were not possible as per their policy.
This is a clear case of service deficiency, where the vendor failed to fulfill their contractual obligation and caused considerable inconvenience, including the loss of valuable time and disruption of my travel plans.

They have taken Rs 10000 as a deposit for 4 days and an advance of 1000kms but when we came back and hand overing the vehicle to him, he told us to pay 12000Rs more for the overspeeding challan he forced us to pay this amount apart from our advance, without providing any proof of the over speeding challan, owner and the other employee speaking so rude and arrogantly to us and he just pushing us to pay 10000Rs again for the 4-day challan When we told him show us the e-challan receipt from RTO he denied for that and he has taken 18% GST but didn’t provided any sort of bills

Recently booked a car “INNOVA 7 Seater” for rent for a 5 day trip to GOA (1400 Kms / or may be more), and had a very very worst experience with the car.
Advise: If you are planing to use their service please make sure that you check the car before you make the payment.
1: We enquired about the car and wanted to check the car before we make payment but till the last minute they did not show the car and we did not have an option to make an alternate plan. if we would have checked the car before 100% i would not have used their service.
2. The door behind the driver got stuck at some points.
3. The single seat does not open at some points.
4. The head lamp visibility was very low due to which we also had a small accident for which we paid (Rs 6900).
5. The tyre had like 5 to 6 punctures and spare tyre also had a puncture / air leak. (On the last day of the trip we had a puncture of the tyre and when we checked with the local guy he said the tyre has multiple punctures and asked us to put a tube or change the tyre).
Due to this within the first 500 kms we had to fill air on the tyre twice and the shop guy said there is no puncture.
6. If you book this “INNOVA” car you will be noticed by everyone each and every time when you open the trunk, because it will create lot of noise when you open and was very hard to close.
So to end with – the trip was fine but the travel was horrible with the car which we used.

This is full of scam. Don’t go for it. They will take the deposit and assign you the worst vehicle that looks exactly a scrap. These idiots has ruined my entire trip. They even don’t do the refund. The tyres are flat and they are asking me to fix them on the way. Such an idiots they are. They said they will handover the vehicle at 7 am morning and they didn’t pick the call till 9. I had to find their location on myself and go and knocked the door continuously and woke them up. After that, they took me to the vehicle which is utter scrap.

I had one of the worst car rental experiences with this company. The condition of the vehicle provided was extremely poor, and the company showed no sense of responsibility.
I had booked an Innova for a 3-day trip to Mangalore. Shortly after starting the journey, I noticed a strong diesel smell — it turned out the engine was leaking diesel. The brake pads were completely worn out, causing a loud noise every time the vehicle slowed down. It was clear that the car had not been maintained at all.
While driving through the ghats, the car suddenly switched off, and the steering locked — we later discovered that the battery wire had rusted and come loose, leaving us in a very risky and helpless situation. Despite this, the owner showed zero concern when contacted, simply saying, “If you want, return the car and make your own arrangements.”
Over the course of the trip, I ended up spending ₹14,000 on diesel alone because the leakage continued throughout. Additionally, I paid ₹2,000 to replace the brake pads, after being told that the amount would be refunded. However, once I returned the vehicle, the company stopped responding to my calls and messages. A week later, they came back with false claims about disc damage — clearly an excuse to avoid taking responsibility, when in fact the car should never have been rented in that condition.
I drove over 700 km with my family in an unsafe vehicle. We only discovered the full extent of the problems at Nelamangala, where no mechanic shops were available. It’s truly terrifying to think about what could have happened on the highway or in the hills.
This company clearly prioritizes money over customer safety. I strongly urge others to be cautious. Don’t be fooled by cheaper rates — the vehicle condition is terrible, and your safety is at serious risk. Life is precious, and unfortunately, this company seems comfortable putting that at risk.

I took xuv500,They have cars which deserve to be scraped. First they send fake vehicle photos on whatsapp and take advance money and then handover car which is having engine light permanently showing and heating symbol again and again. The tyres were not having any grip got punctured the jack was different then the one which fits the nuts of tyre. He gave the jack when I asked before taking the car because I checked before taking the car. The car was shaking too much after 60 speed and capped at 85 and the suspension was in worst possible condition, we were praying to god throughout our trip the car got overheated in between jungle we had to turn it off, at night the headlights were in worst condition there is not even 1 thing which was okay. Only take this car if you want to risk yourself and your family. This is a fraud company they don’t even pickup your calls because they know they have given u the worst condition vehicle. Please shut down this company ASAP.

But one night before they call and tell us that the vehicle is not available and they don’t have a back up vehicle either. Recently, I (Sarthak – aka Golu Bhai) booked an XUV500 from Mera Gaadi Rental, and honestly, the experience was extremely disappointing. The car’s suspension was completely worn out, and overall, the vehicle was in poor condition. To make it worse, the owner tried to convince me not to post any review about my experience. My advice – think twice before booking from Mera Gaadi Rental.
(And by the way, why “Mera Gaadi”? It should actually be “Meri Gaadi Rentals” – sounds more correct!)

They then sent a dirty and defective car which broken down on my way to Pondicherry. I was made to pay for towing and all repair charges. On top of that I was threatened to pay an extra INR 3000. When I refused to pay, they sent recovery agents at my home. NEVER EVER USE REVV IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND MOST OF ALL SAFETY.Also, I’d urge everyone to head to Google Playstore and rate them 1 star on their app as that is how they receive lions share of their bookings. Once they’re marked down on Google/Apple playstores, people will steer clear. Having said all, I’ll be legally pursuing this matter which Revv can be sure of!!

We rented a car expecting a safe, roadworthy vehicle, but what we received was a complete disaster.
-The car made loud, strange noises while starting and driving.
-Braking and acceleration were highly uneven, showing clear signs of poor maintenance.
-The vehicle was damaged both inside and out.
-Wires and switches were hanging loose under the steering wheel.
We contacted customer service immediately at the time of delivery, but instead of addressing the issue, they outright dismissed our concerns in a rude manner without even checking the car. They had the audacity to claim that their vehicle was fine and that we’d have to pay a 100% cancellation fee. When we insisted they inspect the car first, we received a rude call again the next day to say their technician had checked it and found no issues—completely ignoring the clear defects.
They have refused to refund our booking amount.

I am writing this with utter frustration and disappointment regarding the appalling service I received from your platform. It is genuinely shocking that a company operating at this scale can deliver such a pathetic customer experience. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would have done so without hesitation.
I had booked a Hyundai Santro for a one-day rental. Later, your executive informed me that the vehicle was being changed to a Hyundai i10 due to a “technical issue.” I accepted the change assuming the replacement would be in proper working condition clearly a mistake on my part.
Within the first 80 kilometers of the journey, the car developed a loud mechanical noise and the air conditioning system began malfunctioning. Shortly after, the vehicle broke down completely and refused to start. I was stranded with my family, including an elderly person, in the middle of the highway. This wasn’t just inconvenient it was dangerous.
Despite multiple calls to customer care, I received no immediate assistance. Your so-called “maintenance team” only responded after more than two hours, offering nothing more than a vague assurance that the car would be towed. There was zero support provided on-ground. If it weren’t for the timely intervention of the Karnataka Highway Patrol, we would have been left stranded for hours due to your sheer negligence.
To make matters worse, I paid close to 6,000 for car that barely ran for 80 km — out of the 462 km limit. In addition, I had already spent ₹1,200 on fuel. The condition of the car was nothing short of disgraceful: low oil levels, inadequate AC coolant, and visibly poor maintenance. It is absolutely unacceptable that you would hand over a car in such a condition to a paying customer.
I have raised a refund request and I expect a full refund without delay. Let me be clear — this was not just a service failure; it was a complete disregard for customer safety and basic accountability. If you have even the slightest sense of responsibility or professionalism, I expect immediate action and a full reimbursement.

It’s not the same company as it used to be years ago. They only care about sales now…there is no internal communication between the sales, operations and the customer support teams. I was promised a timely delivery and guess what, they didn’t even deliver the car, didn’t even share any contact info of the delivery person. I had an important plan which i had to cancel because of it. The sales person Pranjal didn’t respond to my messages and calls right on the car delivery day. They failed to do the basic courtesy of making sure that they inform me and arrange for an alternate vehicle after they failed to deliver the car. Super unprofessional!
