From so long we wanted to bring a black lab to our home. Initially we have bought one black Labrador puppy from New Delhi where the seller cheated on us without mentioning the health condition of the puppy. Unfortunately we lost him due to Parvo Virus.

Later we were so sceptical to bring home one again. But after 2 years we moved to Bangalore and contacted here for male black lab. Since I had bared a loss earlier, I kept on asking the seller about the health and well being of the puppy.

He assured us to give a healthy puppy and asked us to take only after examining the puppy. Finally we bought our furry friend home and I still don’t realize how our days went by. Every day, there are collection of memories with our pet ‘Bagheera’

I am really satisfied and happy to be a pet owner. Attached his growth phases photos for reference. He’s is 6 months old now and very active and energetic pup. He follows to commands well and gives so much attention to us. Lovely experience overall.

Our Labrador is doing super cool. Added a couple of photos in the end so that people can get an idea how his overall growth and bone weight is as an ‘Adult’ dog. Bagheera is 3.5 years old now. We have neutered him at the age of 2 years for his well being. His current weight is 42 kgs.

Puppies kept in bad condition. The location is marked as Indiranagar but once you get in touch, you are asked to come to some other location. No clue about where they get the puppies from and how the dogs and puppies are taken care of. Stay away from unethical breeders to avoid heartache for yourself and your family, not to mention the poor dogs.

I got a good puppy in the end but their communication has to improve and the way they deal with customers is very discreet. Initially it was a cocker spaniel with Covid diagnosed the next day and then they did offer to change the puppy and I ended up in getting a Beagle and had to pay another 4K which was not communicated till I myself did the Covid test. It was attributed that I am worried about the increase in the cost.
I would say still the cost was lesser than other puppy farms and they did offer to keep the beagle for 2 days as my home needed sanitisation. I thank them for that. but the way they communicate is not very clear.

The kernel farm is not at all in Indiaranagar and they deal in a way that we don’t even know who is the actual owner.

My experience was not great but I cannot entirely say they are not good as they did offer to change the puppy and took some care to get me another puppy.
Thanks to the owner of this establishment to finally get a good puppy after spending too much time and checking the quality on my own.

I got an planted aquarium aquascaped from heavy petting. There is a variety of live plants available and the quality of plants are very good. I could find a variety of drift wood and stones too. I am happy the way aquarium turned out.

But as per my experience, followup/aftersales and sales person support and knowledge was very minimal

I bought our first ever family dog Golden Retriver from Heavy Petting, HSR Layout store. I must say everyone in this shop is very helpful, given proper information. Even the owner Zubin helped us to ease handle first few days of struggle. We are very happy with the service and out new family member.

I’m a regular customer at Heads Up For Tails and usually happy with your products. However, I bought this tug toy from your store on Saturday, and within just 3 days, it has already come apart. I’ve attached a photo for reference.

My dog is quite docile and played with it gently, so I was surprised to see it fall apart so quickly. Tug toys are generally designed for rougher use, so I expected better durability.

We stepped into the very friendly and welcoming spa of HUFT (at Vittal Mallya Rd) to be greeted by – THE BEST set of folks Vir & I have ever come across.

Lead instructor, Sam took charge of everything as soon as we entered and made us feel very much at ease (this is stating alot because it was our first appointment). As a pet parent I was naturally concerned for the experience but never worried after meeting Sam.

While the total duration of Vir’s grooming took about 30 minutes, I could window shop on the ground floor and look at potential things we would need as the little one continues to grow. Elizabeth helped us tremendously with these details / products that could benefit my little vegetarian four-legged family member (Yes, there are vegetarian /vegan options , right from meals, treats and icecreams!!)

We were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary massage today and all-in-all, are grateful for such a heart warming and canine calming experience!

I had one of the most heartbreaking experiences after buying a cockatiel from this shop. On the first day itself, I noticed she was not as hyperactive as other birds. I thought maybe it was because she had just traveled from the shop to my home and needed time to adjust. But by the very next day, it was clear she was not well. When I contacted Mr. Rudra, he did not show much interest and simply neglected the issue. He received my calls and responded, but his words turned out to be empty assurances. He cheated me, and this should not happen to anybody.

On his advice, I tried everything—keeping her warm, giving electrol, and taking care of her with love. But despite my efforts, on the third day she died in my hands. I had paid ₹6,000 for the bird and another ₹2,000 for food and transportation, only to lose her within five days. After her death, he did not even acknowledge his mistake, nor did he talk about a refund or replacement. Not a single word of responsibility.

This was not just a financial loss—it was the loss of an innocent life and a deep emotional pain for me. Selling unhealthy birds without proper care is not only irresponsible but also heartless. God should look after people who play with lives for money. It is sad to see how business-minded some have become, ignoring basic humanity.

To others: please don’t be misled by the shop owner’s nice words and promises. The reality is very different. I sincerely hope no one else goes through the same pain I faced.

My bird had an eye infection and had been suffering for the past two weeks. I consulted a doctor and tried multiple eye drops, but there was no improvement. Then I contacted Rudra Birds House. I have purchased a pineapple green conure. The bird is healthy. I am posting review after 1 week of purchasing the bird. The bird is nicely trained and has become friendly with our family with in sometime. The shop has home delivery as well. I collected the bird using home delivery service. The tracking details were shared with me as well. Awesome service and shope owner Rudra’s behavior is very polite.
I purchased the without visiting his shop ever. Over what app video call he showed the bird and the same bird was delivered in a very carefully pack manner.

We would like to share our experience with Rudra birds and it’s an amazing experience. He really takes very good care of all the pet birds and nurture them very well. We used to visit Just Dogs Indiranagar branch. Now we reach them in Koramangala (even if it is a bit far for us). The service was amazing. Our Cookie (Shit Zu) gets his regular grooming once a month at this place along with lots of treats. They have a great collection of pet items. Prices are reasonable and don’t forget to ask for discounts. Some discounts are based on your cards. Also ask for bulk payment, you will get some sessions free. Parking is an issue as it is next to the traffic signal so plan accordingly. There is ample space but the “no parking” sign is the spoiler. You need to give at least 1.5 to 2 hours so check out the mall and food places near by.

Highly Disappointed with Just Dogs Koramangala

I’ve been a regular customer at Just Dogs
Koramangala, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I took my dog in for a wash and grooming, and was initially informed that the service would take about an hour. However, after not hearing back from the store, I called to check and was told it would take an additional two hours due to a power issue.

I had to rush back and take my dog without the grooming being completed — and was still charged a hefty ₹1700 just for the bath. I understand that unforeseen issues like power outages can occur, but it is the store’s responsibility to keep the pet owner informed in a timely manner.

The earlier staff were far more professional and efficient. This experience has left me highly dissatisfied with the current service

Got my cat groomed here, loved the staff behaviour and service. My cat was calm, and looked well-groomed at the end.

I have been a regular customer of justdogs since last 4 years and somesh from justdogs has been a great help for the grooming of my pet. Kudos to the Koramangala team.

Doesn’t have basic ethics to talk to customers. Needs soft skill training to talk to a customer. Just dog needs to see the people they hire. Really bad way of talking to a customer and not listening and responding in a polite way.

Go in for a basic stuffs like digestive medicines, or spot ons, or even deworming meds, they will never have it in stock. Feels like a waste of time walking in all the way. Glenands is closeby and even though the store is small, they keep each and everything in stock.

The store has good stock of most things you would need for your dogs and cats. The best part is the courteous staff. We first visited this store with a request to put up a poster for the adoption of a kitten we were fostering. The executive (Santhosh) remembered and shared the contact details with someone who was interested. Will be forever grateful to them for that.

The best part is that they offer you a good discount on certain brands of food. I will recommend the store a fellow pet parent.

P.S. They offer grooming services for cats and dogs too.

We were regular with Pet warehouse for the last 4 years. But the last visit was horrible and worst. My pet name is Marvel. Just like a normal individual we asked for some discount ( we never ask). The individual in the reception was very rude and lack professional ethics. They way he responded for a nominal discount was not expected. We assured that we give back the discount back in order to ensure the business don’t shut down. Having said the above we decided not to visit Pet warehouse in future. We know that our business will not impact the overall turnover but respect and attitude matters. Just an FYI this incident was of 22nd July.

Good collection, prices and quality is good and reasonable prices. Pet grooming packages are also available.
The staff are friendly and good more knowledge.

Though I’ve been a customer of this store for years for all my cat’s food needs, took her for a medicated spa/grooming session today. I had been putting this off for a while as another groomer really traumatized us with the experience but Mr Raju assured that their groomers are trusted and certified groomers and boy they were!
Groomers, Raiping and his partner handled my cat with utmost care and kindness and made her feel so comfortable with the spa session and she came back to me feeling and looking so refreshed ☺️ super happy with my experience. Totally recommend!

This place has a variety of feeds, toys, pet goodies, pet utilities, medicines as well as a friendly Vet between 5:30pm n 8:00pm. The charges to consult Vet is reasonable compared to other places. The prices of other pet items too are very reasonable n not exorbitant. Spacious place that gives you the options to choose from a wide variety. The Owner (Mr Raju) is a very approachable guy n responds to your questions so patiently. If a particular item is not available, they make sure to get it and deliver. They also offer discounts to regular customers. Centrally located in Koramangala, this place is easily accessible. Parking is a slight problem n you have to find a parking in the nearby streets. The shop is open from 9 am to 9pm on all days. Pets feel comfortable here and they also have a rest area for the pets. Truly a great place to visit if you have a pet!!

Very Good for grooming but think twice with some doctors there if you love your pet. We lost our pug in 2 days after his supplement injection & tablets he gave. Always give home food like sweet potatos, curd rice, carrot & chicken cooked & soup, avoid bones completely for better digestive system of your pet.

A nice store which sells very reasonably priced products with good quality. They have good collection on pet accessories, a must visit if you’re a pet owner or if you want to pick gifts for your pets.

The quality of the toys are bad, this rope toy is just a day old and with just one pull this thing breaks in half.. when I got it to the store the only response I get is ‘Sorry cannot replace this’. I have spent over 10k in this store buying different things and the least they can do it atleast replace it. I also was in a mindset that I will pay extra and buy a different toy, still I get the same response. Not happening.. I am not coming back here or never will refer anyone here.
