Tails Of The City (TOTC), Indiranagar Bangalore: Best Pet grooming salon in Bangalore

Tails of the city has been our go to place to take our kitten now cat for full grooming, you get appointments easily on weekdays, weekends it’s a bit tricky given they are popular and have limited slots. Groomer is very good, he makes the pets at ease before start of grooming session and then takes good care of the pet during bath, nail clipping or hair cut. We have been regulars to this place for an year almost now and would definitely recommend the place to others

Outstanding Puppy Grooming Experience! I couldn’t be more pleased with the grooming session our puppies received! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, gentle, and clearly experienced with handling young, energetic pups. They took the time to make my puppy feel comfortable and safe, which immediately put me at ease. The grooming itself was perfect—our pup came out looking absolutely adorable, smelling fresh, and with the softest coat. Every detail was handled with care, from the trim around the face and paws to the clean and neat nails. I really appreciated the patience they showed, especially considering this was one of our puppy’s first grooming sessions. You can tell they truly love animals and take pride in their work. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our fur babies. Thank you for making it such a positive and stress-free experience. Highly recommended for any pet parent who wants top-tier care for their puppy.

So I heard about this place from a couple of people and their service seems to be really good, I gave the thought and visited this place for grooming session on my fur baby! The service was good, the only thing need to keep in mind is the cleanliness and sanitation. The place was full of other dog hairs and other mess which is a high risk for any pup as there might be ticks and fleas. I had to ask them to clean it before taking his service ( though the floor was still full of it). The groomer was really friendly with the dog, and handled him really well. It wasn’t much of a haircut so I will looking forward for next service to post anything. The ambience and the place is really cute. It was such a good feeling when you walk through the centre. ♥️ Just a suggestion- please do hire more professional groomer and maintain the cleanliness after each service. That was one of the best grooming service for Oreo...!!! He totally loved his look. And as a pet parent I'm totally satisfied with his final look. The way staff handled Oreo was quite impressive ❤️ . Grooming + HYGIENIC package + Head massage everything was literally amazing. And the ambience n cleanliness of the place also gets 10/10... Amazing service. The care and precaution with which my dog- dodo was groomed is astounding. They have a waiting area with free wifi and games and books to read while you wait for the grooming to be done. Absolutely loved it! Will come here again for the services!
