I had the good fortune of stumbling across Anvis’s website and that was the only reason I was able to travel successfully with my 16kg pup (who travelled as accompanied baggage in cargo hold of my flight) from US to India. Greg was the superstar consultant from Anvis who went ABOVE AND BEYOND his routine responsibilities to ensure that we were able to travel within a reasonable time frame while optimizing for our route and costs. Our case was particularly tricky - we had to deal with unexpected turn of events at every step such as flight changes due to war and airspace closures, getting stranding at airports, airlines mishaps and what not. However, Greg was our rock solid support throughout this difficult process of our international travel which is full of red tapism and unimaginable complexities. From my experience, it is critical to hire someone as deeply knowledgeable, competent, and empathetic as Anvis team (Greg, Anand, etc) so that one can first of all fly their pet successfully from one country to another and at the same time, also get the most genuine and honest advice and guidance throughout this process. The team helped my 7 year old Husky Sansa to move from Bangalore to Taipei. They managed the end to end be process comprising medical documentation, stay at source, preparing Sansa for the flight, boarding at the source, working with a local service provider to handle destination customer clearance, Quarantine and final dropoff at her new home !!
