We were trying to take our little babies from India to our country, Brazil, during the pandemic. After talking with many people, we thought it would not be possible. Then we contact Meena at Libra Pet Relocation and their team made it possible, even during this chaotic situation. They put all documents in order, prepared all the needed documents according to the destination rules (Brazil) and they were at our side all the time giving instructions. We used Libra pet relocation services, to relocate our baby Gulabo(shihtzu) from Banglore to Dubai. We got Gulabo in cabin through Etihad, and using Libra's services was a blessings for us. Sundar and his team had walked us the entire process before hand. The right guidance at each step was done by them. Sundar is personally very attached to pets and ensures that neither parents nor pets face any adverse situation. We found them very knowledgeable, transparent and they made sure to update us at every step. The vet checks, tests, certification were all taken care by them seamlessly, the delivery of paper within 24hrs all were done before time. Our boy Gabru, a 4 year old golden retriever, travelled from India to Germany. The struggle to get him here was real because of the pandemic. We had entrusted libra pet relocation services with gabru’s travel and relocation and Sundar and Meena were every bit helpful, having understood how much he meant to us. Thanks for everything..!! My family and I relocated from India to Germany recently. My family includes my pet dog Rosie and there was no way leaving her behind. We are from Cochin and there were no proper pet relocation agency in my town. We searched for options in Bangalore and Mumbai and finally decided to go with Libra. We recently moved from Bangalore to Canada. Considering that Canadian airlines had a pet embargo in play we were worried about how we would transport our 2 year old English cocker spaniel Oreo. The biggest worry being how we would get the required documentation to ensure Oreo would be able to travel with us safely. We heard of Libra from our vet and reached out to them. Right from the start both Meena and Sundar were very reassuring and understanding. They hand held us through out the process and were always available at any point of time if we had a doubt ( including bearing with late night calls from me as we struggled to search for an airline that would agree to take Oreo) . Meena was kind enough to offer keeping Oreo for 3 months in the event we didn’t find a willing airline. Sundar was brilliant with getting the paper work done. Needless to say due to Libra , Oreos move was a smooth one. At Libra, Sundar and Mina will never call your babies, a Cat or a dog, they will always affectionately call them by their name! and that is enough to tell you about their passion and love towards their profession! I think that's the reason they went beyond their promised services to help me to get my Danu and Pidu relocated to USA (Houston) from Bengaluru during tough Covid times. Providing satisfactory services during normal time and within a comfortable time frame is easy. My relocation was scheduled on 10th May 2021 and all the procedures and confirmations were lined up accordingly. But second covid wave in India climbed so rapidly that I had to prepone my plans to 23rd April, so what we were planning to do within a month was executed within few days! Hats off to team Libra for their exceptional handling during the time when all systems around are not functioning normally. Relocation of your pet is a stressful experience, for you as well as your pet. But Team Libra was very patient to understand our high anxiety level. Their support during this testing time was so assuring that I left India before my babies and my babies were safely dispatched after few days. Due to this dicey situation team Libra went out of their way and handled departure procedures at airport completely on their own. I cant thank them enough for this extra ordinary help. The amazing team at Libra Pet Relocation just helped us relocate our rescue, Zuki, to Berlin.
