This gym has a peaceful vibe. If you’re looking for a gym with less crowd like me, then this is the gym for you. Even the pricing is very reasonable. They have good trainers too. My trainer shakti is really amazing. He’s super experienced. He knows how much weights you need and how many reps you should do for your body. I joined recently and I have already made a brotherhood with him which is much more important than a normal trainer-client relationship. He’s super encouraging. So far the best trainer I have met across any gyms I’ve been to.

And I am glad that I decided to go with her recommendation. After having completed close to 20 sessions now with Abdul (who is a fantastic instructor!), I do feel that my mobility has increased and my muscles have lengthened. There is so much more to still learn. I look forward to every class and am not too happy when I cannot make it for one. So thank you to Pilates for Wellbeing and Abdul. As for the studio, it is lovely – very clean, quiet and has a nice positive vibe to it.

I purchased couples sessions for Pilates and paid ₹30,000, expecting a professional and relaxing experience. Unfortunately, our sessions were rushed, and the trainer seemed more focused on finishing our package quickly rather than helping us progress at a healthy pace. Going to Pilates should be relaxing and something we look forward to — but this felt stressful and transactional. When I asked for better scheduling and raised concerns, the trainer ignored my messages and showed no willingness to accommodate. Despite using only a few sessions, I was offered a refund two months ago, but that promise was never followed through. Now, both the trainer and the manager have stopped responding entirely — calls go unanswered, and my messages are ignored. This experience was disappointing, unprofessional, and far from what you’d expect when investing in your health and well-being. I cannot recommend this place to others based on how poorly this was handled.

Started Pilates a few months into my postpartum Journey and it has been one of the best things I have done for my mind and body. Hands down, One of the best pilates studio in Bangalore. Dr. Govind being a physiotherapist is an added advantage to the centre. He is extremely knowledgeable, very energetic and ann exceptional pilates instructor. He concentrates on getting all movements bio-mechanically right. Not to forget, his classes have an amazing variety of programs, be it the reformer, Cadillac , pilates chair or EMS training , he has them all and tailors programs according to your fitness goals. I have been taking yoga classes from Nimisha for 2 months now, I am pretty much a complete beginner. What I liked the most is that She understands the problems of our body and our difficulty in doing an asana and makes us do it in a very comfortable and encouraging manner rather than forcing us to do. During the class, i see her assisting to have long hold and strech while doing asanas which really helps to improve the flexibility. Nimisha had plenty of personal focus, and paid attention to my postures and I’m happy that we are able to do advanced poses just within couple of months after starting yoga classes.My body is inclining towards healthy habits both mentally and physically. I was initially drawn to this Pilates studio because of its 4.3-star rating, but upon closer inspection, I noticed that none of the reviews from the past year were above 2 stars—and now I understand why. I signed up for a trial class and was told they only accept cash for it, but the amount would be adjusted toward my subscription if I chose to continue. That seemed reasonable, so I went ahead. However, when I arrived at the studio, I was shocked to find it completely empty. There was no receptionist, no other students—just a single trainer. Despite being the only person in class, the trainer made no effort to engage, encourage, or motivate me. The session felt lifeless, with no warm-up before jumping straight into exercises. While he explained the machine well, that’s just a basic expectation. A great trainer should create an engaging and motivating atmosphere, but he barely even counted reps—just mumbled under his breath. What’s even more surprising is that no one followed up with me after the session. You’d think they’d be eager to convert a trial student into a member, but it seems like they just don’t care. Honestly, I don’t even know if this place gets any customers—there was no front desk staff, no other members, just one trainer in an empty studio. I was genuinely open to becoming a member, but the lack of energy, motivation, and basic customer engagement completely put me off. For the price they charge, this experience was incredibly underwhelming. For comparison, I also go to Cult—while their facilities and equipment might not be top-tier, the trainers are enthusiastic, and the overall energy is far better. This Pilates studio just doesn’t come close.

I trained here a while ago and left abruptly after inappropriate conduct (repeated suggestive language , body shaming and misogynistic comments for months ) on the part of one of their senior trainers- Shashi . I didn’t post any reviews after the owner called me saying she would make sure he is taken care of and assured me he would not be working there anymore. I didn’t trust her word so I left anyway. However I heard from friends recently that he is still working there 🙂 My instincts were right and I do not recommend this place to women.

I did 12 sessions here with Preethi. I had a really good experience with her. She introduced exercises keeping in mind my fitness levels and specifically helped me strengthen my problem joints. She is also somebody who will stop you from.overdoing it so that you arent injured.
