I’ve been attending Hatha Yoga and Pilates sessions in Metta Yoga studio, and it’s been an incredibly experience , i was always thinking yoga doesn’t reduce weight but trust me weight reduction happens and she each class leaves me feeling more centered, flexible, and energized.

Tried something different this Friendship Day and joined a session at Purple Pilates, honestly such a refreshing way to celebrate!
I ended up stretching, laughing, shaking and feeling that good kind of burn with some amazing people around. The vibe was super warm and welcoming, no pressure, just good energy and support all around.
The highlight for me was Aerial yoga. It was equal parts fun, freeing, and humbling. There’s something magical about hanging mid air in silks, giggling with your friend next to you trying to stay upright, both of you cheering each other on through wobbly poses and upside down wonders.
The instructors were lovely, guided us through everything with so much ease, and even made those tough core moments feel kind of fun.
Left the studio feeling stronger, lighter, and really happy I chose to do something for myself (and with others) on a day all about connection. Definitely recommend trying it with your friends it hits different.

I took a trial class to understand what pilates is about because I am very new this concept.
And the trainer dint explain me anything before the session and there were intermediate level people who were along me doing the class so the trainer was more focused on taking the class instead of making us understood what different terminology means.
And when I confronted with them they are asking me to take something called as intro sessions by paying 5k plus.
Trial sessions are supposed to be where the trainer tells all this but they just took a normal class and had to pay 1500 for an hour for this.

And I am glad that I decided to go with her recommendation. I was so curious & hesitant about Pilates, but this place really changed it for me. I recently renewed my classes & took a 3 month package. That clearly shows how effective i find the classes to be.
Lakshmesh is my trainer here & he’s just too good as a trainer. So motivational & corrects my posture even in a group class. We have never really repeated workouts too much which keeps things interesting & I can see a huge difference in my posture and core strength. It also really taught me the importance of breathing properly through workouts, limiting my injury both here and at my gym workouts.
The class isn’t over crowded & trainers give enough attention here to each person. You are also surrounded by people who clearly love Pilates or are newly exploring – so it feels like a healthy mix. If you have any injuries – they have a keen eye to ensure you workout safely and give you stretches to help you over time. I love all of this about this place.
My plank timings have improved tremendously and so has my muscle strength – in fact even more than my gym efforts & I really look forward to my training days here. Highly recommend!

I really love working out at Pilates Hub. I’ve been training with Goutham for over a year now, and he’s honestly amazing. He’s very knowledgeable and makes sure the workouts are tailored to your needs, especially if you’ve had any past injuries — he pays special attention to those areas. He gradually increases the intensity and really pushes you to get the most out of each session.

Started Pilates a few months into my postpartum Journey and it has been one of the best things I have done for my mind and body. I was initially drawn to this Pilates studio because of its 4.3-star rating, but upon closer inspection, I noticed that none of the reviews from the past year were above 2 stars—and now I understand why.
I signed up for a trial class and was told they only accept cash for it, but the amount would be adjusted toward my subscription if I chose to continue. That seemed reasonable, so I went ahead.
However, when I arrived at the studio, I was shocked to find it completely empty. There was no receptionist, no other students—just a single trainer. Despite being the only person in class, the trainer made no effort to engage, encourage, or motivate me. The session felt lifeless, with no warm-up before jumping straight into exercises. While he explained the machine well, that’s just a basic expectation. A great trainer should create an engaging and motivating atmosphere, but he barely even counted reps—just mumbled under his breath.
What’s even more surprising is that no one followed up with me after the session. You’d think they’d be eager to convert a trial student into a member, but it seems like they just don’t care. Honestly, I don’t even know if this place gets any customers—there was no front desk staff, no other members, just one trainer in an empty studio.
I was genuinely open to becoming a member, but the lack of energy, motivation, and basic customer engagement completely put me off. For the price they charge, this experience was incredibly underwhelming. For comparison, I also go to Cult—while their facilities and equipment might not be top-tier, the trainers are enthusiastic, and the overall energy is far better. This Pilates studio just doesn’t come close.

My core strength, flexibility and overall fitness have improved tremendously! Great place to work out, friendly staff and it’s super clean. The group sizes are small enough so that you get individual attention.
My trainer Shashi is an awesome instructor! Love going to his classes, they are always challenging and fun and he makes sure to tailor the workouts according to everyone’s needs to make it more challenging. In addition to his training knowledge he is always studying and sharing tips on nutrition too.

I trained here a while ago and left abruptly after inappropriate conduct (repeated suggestive language , body shaming and misogynistic comments for months ) on the part of one of their senior trainers- Shashi . I didn’t post any reviews after the owner called me saying she would make sure he is taken care of and assured me he would not be working there anymore. I didn’t trust her word so I left anyway. However I heard from friends recently that he is still working there 🙂
My instincts were right and I do not recommend this place to women.

Highly recommend. I’ve been doing Pilates for over a year now – it has proved the most effective form of exercise for me for strength, posture and flexibility. The studio is always clean and has a lot of natural light. It’s always a pleasure to walk in to the studio. Everyone at the studio is very friendly, always smiling and happy to help.
Zainab brings so much more to the classes than a just a Pilates instructor. The fact that she’s a swimmer, marathon runner and yoga instructor really changes the way she shapes her classes as well as how she pushes us to become better and stronger, every time.

Had gone there for a rehab pilates trial for my lower back pain and cervical issues. I had explained my problem in great detail but the exercises they gave me actually triggered pain and my cervical issues increased like anything. Moreover they immediately started pushing me to buy packages and so on. I was firm and told them that till I tried a couple of other places and only then will decide. To this, they replied with great attitude that all the best for my spine if you go elsewhere. I went back home and got bad pain during the night and had to take a painkiller which I had avoided for more than 6 months. I went to a couple of other places for trial and actually had a far better experience. Definitely not going back here for sure. Would rather stick to swimming and walking which were relatively harmless than work with them.
