Apollo homecare provided in house full time caregiver for my eldery mother. 2 months back they would have got 5 stars, the initial caregivers were outstanding, and became family members. However the last 3 who came refused to take care of my my very frail and elderly mother. They were on their phones all the time. The eqrlier Apollo supervisors used to be good - but the new and current supervisor sent severely unqualified girls with no briefing as to the kind of care they needed to provide. Deapite three girls each leaving of their own accord, they charged me for all three girls who had refused to work.
