OUR EXPERIENCE WITH HOMECARE SOLUTIONS IS UNPROFESSIONAL. Based on the Google review i booked the service but the service was pathetic . Seems most google reviews are fake. 1) After cleaning my kitchen we noticed many scratches on our prestige gas stove (18000rs) and elica chimney(1300rs) ,also discoloration on top glass of gas stove( might be they used wrong solution for cleaning) 2) They used a stainless steel scrubber for cleaning and that caused multiple visible scratches 3)They missed to clean 4/5 cabinets. 4)They didn't clean the washroom pipes properly. After cleaning also hardwater stains remained the same .they were arguing like those stains won't go After raising the complaint about the same ,next day another 2 persons Came for the investigation and cleaned those stains. After checking the stove they were arguing our stove is 3years old . Finally they agreed to give half of the Booking amount 2500rs only. But our actual loss was more than that .They were not ready to give the requested amount. *All pictures are attached* As per our experience don't go with Google reviews. Hi I was very sceptical when i booked them on the cleaning quality... But the team reached early at my location before time and waited for me(as i was just reaching home). They were very polite but their work was par excellence.. Tapas and team(budhdev and nonigopal) did a great job.. Thank you home care solutions for the great work and making my home shine.. Called them again for 15dec 2024 Amal,sushant and Sahadev were the team which visited today and they did a great job.. 2nd time calling home care solutions and pretty happy with them.. they are reasonable and well mannered.
