Shape My Garden

I used ShapeMyGarden service for landscaping of our garden area. The horticulturist, Mr. Ashok, did a great work of drawing up a plan, suggesting the plants and getting the work done. Our garden area was a little jungle of weeds due to lack of maintenance for a long time. The transformation required two days of work and many gardeners/workers. In the end, the result was certainly very pleasing. Great job done by all involved! If I had to suggest something that could be improved, it would be communication regarding when they are coming for work. In my case, we had agreed on a certain date, and they simply didn't show up that day. Only when I called them, they said they will come another day. I don't mind rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, but it would be good to be informed as soon as they know.

I'm using shape my garden's maintenance service since 5 months. The gardener comes once a month. I have a terrace garden with around 50-60 pots.. Including vegetables. I use my own compost and gardening methodology.. I like that they are flexible. They finish the work in 3 hrs and clean up well. I've sourced some plants from them which are in good shape. Overall happy with the service.

I am extremely disappointed in this business. They accepted an online payment for a service that they knew they could not provide. They have also yet to provide a refund, despite many phone calls and messages. I would NOT recommend them under any circumstances. I'm confused as to how you could say you cannot find my order. I have been in touch with you many, many times and have sent you all the items you requested.

They had given good service initially. But we had ordered a PINK temple tree and we were charged 2500 for it . And finally when it flowers we have a WHITE colour one worth 1500. And when asked for 1000 rp refund there is no response from the team after multiple follow ups. . They have refunded the difference amount for this below plant.. hope they continue to serve well.

Extremely Disappointed with Shape My Garden – Unfair Charges and Poor Service I had booked a gardening service with Shape My Garden by paying an advance of ₹1800 out of the total ₹3000. They sent two gardeners who inspected the site and told us that it’s pointless to do the work during the rainy season. So, we mutually agreed to cancel the service. Shockingly, the gardeners were at the location for barely 10 minutes and left immediately after the inspection. Despite absolutely no work being done, the company deducted ₹1200 and refunded only ₹800, citing ₹200 as transportation (which is understandable) but ₹1000 as "gardener service charges." This is completely unacceptable – how can you charge ₹1000 for a service that was never provided? The gardeners didn’t even stay long enough to start anything! It’s clear this company is more focused on extracting money than delivering fair and transparent service. I am demanding a refund of the ₹1000 unjustly charged. Charging ₹200 for transport is reasonable, but ₹1000 for 10 minutes of doing nothing is plain unethical. Would NOT recommend Shape My Garden to anyone. Be cautious before booking – very unprofessional and money-minded approach.

Deepak did a fantastic job in cleaning my garden space, infact he helped me understand what is wrong .. how to maintain everything. The best part is how he cleaned and kept the space so tidy ! Thanks Shape My Graden you guys are the best !

I had a disappointing experience with Shape My Garden. I reached out for urgent terrace cleaning, repotting, and help selecting new plants. Over the phone, they assured me they could begin the very next day, which is why I agreed to pay their ₹200 consultation fee. However, once their representative visited and assessed the space, they suddenly informed me the work could only start the following week—something that was never mentioned earlier. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have gone ahead with the visit, as my requirement was time-sensitive. When I requested a refund due to the unmet timeline, they declined, saying the visit had taken place. It feels like a way to charge for visits without delivering on the promised service. Overall, I’m disappointed and would not recommend them based on this experience. Please be cautious before booking.
