My first experience with Laundrology was amazing.The pick up and delivery was arranged timely. The person assigned was very polite and friendly. Each Saree was folded with a cardboard inside and packed separately I am extremely satisfied and happy with the service. Thank-you Team

Worse dry cleaning, it simply wasing the cloth and doing steam press, only packing is very good. I am complaining from last 3 month but every time same things he is doing. It was my mistake to give precious clothes to dry cleaning. For the cup blouse he made plane blouse. The cup become folded and he made that much heat setam press that it broken. No any cloth he is doing good. Please check ur cloth when it get delivered. Only packing looks good. Inside it is bad. I was using this service from last 3 year but from last 6 month it become worse. Better to move other. My set of clothes became unmatched, that much costly.

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING,THEY WILL SPOIL YOUR CLOTHES.You are better off washing your clothes at home.They messed up all of my expensive clothes which included my Marc Jacobs bag

Although quality of cleaning service was good, the delivery was untimely, the final price was higher than discussed, but I was begged to pay by the delivery agent who said he would have to pay from his own pocket if I didn't. The customer service is of no help, constantly diverting the complaint, and there is zero accountability from management side. Poor experience overall.

The folks at the store are great. The actual work at the processing center though, is shoddy. Posting a few pictures of how they returned my expensive silk dupatta zari work. And now, after I had to send the dupatta to the tailor to salvage before a wedding I need to attend, the Laundrology HQ is telling me they can’t process refunds based on photos and that they need to see the dupatta in this condition to process refunds. That’s just terrible ethic and worse standard of work. I’ll keep my expensive clothing away from them.
