A fantastic bookstore with a wide and diverse collection spread across two spacious floors. One of the best places in Bangalore for book lovers! You'll find books of all genres — fiction, non-fiction, academic, children’s books, and more. Whether you're a casual reader or a serious collector, this place is worth a visit

They’ve got a great collection of books and also a nice place to buy stationery and other knick knacks. The vibe is chill, and the staff is super friendly, so you can browse without any interruptions.
I was a bit confused at first, but it’s not a branch of Ganga Book Bureau.Also sadly no discounts.

This place is quite spacious and, from what I gather, it must have once been bustling with activity. However, it now feels somewhat lacking in energy. The management doesn’t seem to have much enthusiasm for the showroom, which reflects in the overall vibe. The staff appear uninterested and seem to lack the motivation to engage with customers or showcase the products effectively.
I really hope the place doesn’t lose its spark entirely and finds a way to revive its former energy. It has potential, but it could definitely benefit from a little more attention and care.

Every small detail requirement gets fulfilled here. Even go for window shopping then also you will buy something before coming out. Varieties and distinct items are sold in the ground floor.

It's like a floor of books: novels and stories, kids books to spiritual books
2nd floor
All study related books available from school level Ncerts to engineering level references and text books

It's a library like place but u have to buy the book you want to read at the original cost only

4 star because no offers on books here, collection is good but staff is not book enthusiast. Also no chair or sitting arrangement when the store is that big

I have been visiting Gangaram's (earlier Axis) for over 10 years now ... and the place has many wonderful memories. Of books, stationeries when different interests took over, cards (birthdays, new years' - difficult to get as digital messaging takes over). Mr Kalro has been very helpful with his suggestions over this time - on books and on getting me things which were not available. So, going back here is always a drive I am happy to take. Please visit and keep your phone on silent. The pace will slightly slow down, it will be a worthwhile hour or two you spend there ...

Lovely mega store with all the books you can ever imagine. The owner is a true senior gentleman who will gladly go the extra mile for you. I always swing by this place when I am in Bangalore.
