Bad Plant: The plant is in terrible condition—wilted and unhealthy. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a special occasion. 3. Horrible Team: Your customer service team has been unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving the issue. I expected better professionalism and support. Amazing Customer Service by Tritha Chetry I had a wonderful experience with FlowerAura, thanks to the amazing support from Tritha Chetry. She handled my request to change the delivery of a cake and a plant with such efficiency and kindness. Her professionalism and helpful attitude made the process smooth and stress-free. However, there were a few disappointments. The plants were delivered by courier, but the pots looked old and were not in good condition, as shown in the photo. The cakes arrived on time and were fresh, but the topper said "Happy Birthday" even though it was meant for an anniversary. This mistake really spoiled the celebration, despite the good service overall. They apologized for the mistake but for a refund they are offering 150 rupees which is not even equal to the cake amount.. Can they buy a cake from their website for 150 rupees.. I am very disappointed with this..

I have had good plants delivered from floweraura before. But this time, I got a diseased rose plant, nowhere as shown in the images and also with a different pot than ordered. When I complained, I received a replacement. Which also had some diseased leaves. When I complained again, floweraura was not responsible and did nothing. It did not grow. The leaves turned Yellow and most of them fell within a few days despite of good care. Guess will not be buying from them again.

I’ve had a good experience with Bakingo in the past—especially with an order delivered to the RT Nagar area. However, my recent order to pincode 560097 which is serviced by flower aura was extremely disappointing in comparison. Though both locations are part of the same brand, the difference in quality and service was surprising. Firstly, the cupcakes arrived upside down, smudging the entire look and ruining the presentation. The attached greeting card didn’t include the personal message I had submitted, which made the gift feel incomplete and careless. I had also sent a clear example of how I wanted "Happy Birthday" written in blue, and specifically mentioned not to use the typical red "Love You" cupcake template. Sadly, my instructions were ignored. This inconsistency is hard to understand when it’s the same brand—just a different pincode. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for custom requests significantly brought down the value of the gift and the overall experience. Additionally, I found it frustrating that the review section only allows 250 characters. That’s not enough to explain concerns properly or provide meaningful feedback. A more open review format would help customers express their experience clearly and help Bakingo maintain consistency across locations. This experience has made me hesitant to place future orders, especially in the 560097 zone. I hope the Bakingo team addresses these issues and ensures all service areas meet the same high standard, regardless of location.
