Don’t waste your money here!
They’ll claim to sell "authentic" corals, diamonds, and more, but the reality is their jewelry falls apart within a year. Stones start showing white marks, and when you confront them about it, the manager SHIBIN is absolutely useless—just tries to push you into buying more overpriced junk and makes you wait around with no real solution. Avoid this scam at all costs.

i recently visited joyalukkas mg road branch and was completely blown away by their exquisite collection of fine jewelry! The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, guiding me through the selection with a genuine focus on finding the perfect piece to suit my style. Their designs are truly unique, combining classic elegance with modern flair, and the quality of craftsmanship is top-notch.the staffs are very frndly. I highly recommend joyalukkas mg road branch one of the best jewellery showroom in karnataka.

I made a relatively substantial purchase today.
All went okay and paid . Payment went through.
However, I have grave misgivings about transparency.
One of the staff members serving me took down all details of my credit card on a slip of paper. After payment was cleared they said.Why?
That was unwarranted!
Then during billing, the other server was asked something by the teller and I could sense discomfort on the part of the server. He then turned to me and asked me to take a seat. It was not possible to find space to sit.
Awkward!
This is not how I remember Service at Joy Alukkas before 2010.
I am now wary...
I have not mentioned names of the serving staff.
Hopefully, I will not face any issues about my purchases and that my peace of mind is not disturbed. And, there will be no scams.

The outlet and hospitality is good. They have a different and wide range of collections.
I purchased a birth stone ring, I used it for only 10 days, the stone fell down. When I visited the store, even the hook broke. They said they will repair and give . The point is they charge 18% making charges on simple rings and the quality of the product is low. When the quality is not up to the Mark, why should we pay 18%? When I asked to change they said no, it's not in our company rules. I even requested I'll pay for the stone as the stone is not reused.
I used the ring for just 10 days and they said they will take it back as old gold. For using it for 10 days it was like I should pay 5 to 6k.
Really disappointed with their service.
