I had a wonderful experience at the Joyalukkas MG Road branch in Bangalore, where the ample parking made the visit hassle-free, the management was highly professional and attentive, the jewellery collection was vast with stunning designs to choose from, also the 50% off offer on making charges was excellent and beneficial for me, the customer service was warm and efficient, and the thoughtful touches like serving good coffee along with their excellent hospitality truly made the shopping experience memorable.

A jeweller with good options in traditional gold, silver and diamond jewellery in the heart of MG road. Each piece of jewellery has a tag mentioning gold weight, stone weight and making charges. The sales people are also very nice and helpful.

I would strongly advise against buying from here online. My experience with their delivery process has been nothing short of frustrating. They took the full payment nearly 20–25 days in advance. Under the pretext of "jewelry making," they asked me to wait while gold prices kept rising. Even when the jewelry was supposedly ready for dispatch, they delayed it again, claiming additional time was needed—another 20+ days. To make matters worse, they later demanded extra charges, saying more gold was added. And just when I thought it was all finally settled, they used Blue Dart, one of the worst courier services I’ve dealt with. The courier never called or contacted me and then falsely claimed my address was incorrect. Now, Joyalukkas tells me the item will be returned to their warehouse and I’ll be issued a refund. After an entire month of delays and rising gold prices, this feels like a joke—except I’m definitely not laughing. I deeply regret ordering jewelry online from them. This experience has been stressful and disappointing from start to finish.
