I visited this store for a unique pedant of Mother Mary to be made for me and my husband. I just had google pictures of the image. The team specially Miss. Leela Catherine and Mr. Kahdeer were very approachable, understood our need and the emotion behind our requirement and worked with their designers to get the pedant executed. The final product came out so beautiful and elegant. Thank you to the entire Tanishq Team for making our dream come true.

Tanishq chain. Their machinery default which he agreed to. Went to this store and asked to fix it/repair it. The person in the store who attended me denied bluntly having a solution to it and asked to either go for a new exchange or purchase a new one.
His arguments were -
‘Machine made - so you cannot wear it daily.’
Can’t send it to factory - too much of a work for him to give any customer experience ( coz he is just doing a job and who takes the pain of a customer satisfaction . Brand names gets ruined for employees like them)
Their competitor brand specially mentioning Malabar Gold fixed a dangler earring purchased from Dubai actually. No questioned asked , sent it to factory took 15 -20says and got it done .
Extremely disappointed. Please don’t sell products which has no guarantee or defective to customers. It’s gold for God sake.

We visited this store recently for some light jewellery. Totally impressed with the exceptional service of the staff. Showing jewellery to customer needs a lot of patience. I think we were fortunate that rose was attending to us. We took time, had some exchanges too, there were multiple small items to be chosen. During all this rose remained extremely helpful and her smile never disappeared. Awesome service !! Thanks.

Amazing collection.
Expert and customer oriented staff. Ms Veda the store attendant could read my preferences and taste within short time and helped me in selection. Her patience and willingness to work is praiseworthy.
Only one draw back is that the goldsmith's absence in the store. I wanted to shorten a chain that is purchased previously and now I have to visit the place again for that purpose after confirming his presence.
