I had a very bad experience with the soch Indiranagar store, am un happy with the Indiranagar branch service.Thier service was not that upto basic level. The time we go to purchase their welcoming will be warm and respectful .. And if the same item when we r going to return or exchange then we can see the real .I waited and wasted almost more than 2 hrs there..actually material quality issue was there and they were not ready exchange and giving thousands of reasons for that.The item is not in good condition to wear after paying so much.

Very bad experience with billing. They are confused and takes so much longer to complete the transaction. After that time consuming billing they are still not clear about what the customer has built or not. And they keep contacting us asking to send proof of payment and everything. This is very bad customer service. There are better stores with better clothing with a Brand. I don’t think I will ever visit again..

The collection for indo western was limited, even though I found what I wanted, it needed a lot of alteration, when I came back to try the altered dress and it didn't fit perfectly, I asked for more fixes. They did it, still not the best but I hesrd the staff talk to each other and say "Bahot Natak Hai" to me asking for fixes and judging for not accepting whatever was offered (unreasonable especially considering the dress was so expensive). Plus they said it will be done by a certain time and they didn't stick to it.
Other than that, good collection.

Very good experience in Soch Indranagar store …staff is all very good here and the tailor Raghu is very quick and expert in his work and at other stores usually tailors avoid doing alteration work but here is quick and very customer oriented and best experience here 🙂 at billing also had pleasant experience overall

Had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff. Went to purchase a legging. Could figure out from the expression of the female staff that she is least interested in showing the matching color. She is not bothered about your presence. Very judgemental.
Recommend to avoid this particular branch of soch.

I had bought an ethnic gown and given for alteration at Soch Indiranagar 100ft road. I must mention that the alteration (tightening) was a disaster even after multiple corrections.
The tailor Raghu is not at all good at baisc altering. After making him correct it the 3 rd time, I couldn't even remove the gown anymore as he made it so tight.
Highly disappointed!!!
The other ladies don't even know to take proper measurements.
Even basic alteration cannot be done by such professional tailors.

Rebecca in Indiranagar Soch store helped me to find out the right size and she helped while billing. The store has good collection. Will recommend if you are looking for ethnic dresses.
