I recently visited the Tanishq store and had an absolutely amazing experience, thanks to one of their outstanding employees – Dainaa Sharon. I walked in with a lot of impatience, unsure of exactly what I wanted, but with a very specific image in mind. From the moment I stepped in, Dainaa handled everything with grace, professionalism, and genuine care. Despite my restless nature that day, she remained calm and patient throughout the process. She didn’t just try to sell me something — she really listened to me. She understood my vague descriptions and somehow translated them into perfect product suggestions. Her knowledge about the collections, design options, and customization possibilities was incredibly helpful and reassuring. What really stood out was her ability to maintain a warm, respectful attitude even when I was indecisive and changing my mind. She made me feel heard and respected. I left the store not only with the exact piece I had envisioned but also with a lot of admiration for the way she handled the entire experience. Tanishq has always been known for its quality, but employees like Dainaa Sharon are the reason why customers keep coming back. She turned a stressful shopping trip into a very satisfying and memorable one. If you ever visit this store, I highly recommend asking for her — you’ll be in excellent hands. Beautiful Store with good variety in diamond and gold jewelleries.Do check their Solitaire collections. I've invested in their Golden Harvest scheme, found it way better option than what other jewellers give, it was transparent and no hidden charges. Came to know that they are using Indium as soldering material for gold which is far far superior and long lasting than cadmium, even famous jewellers on the same street were not giving Indium soldering.

When I placed my ring order on March 16th, I was informed that I would be eligible for a birthday/anniversary discount. I mentioned that my birthday is on March 1st, and was told I qualified for the offer. However, when I went to collect the ring on April 3rd, I was denied the discount, with the reason being that it only applies within 21 days before or after the birthday or anniversary. This condition was never communicated to me at the time of placing the order. When I pointed this out, the staff acknowledged that the employee who handled my order failed to mention it, and simply apologized. I feel this is not the right way to handle customer communication or experience. Clear information should be shared upfront, and customers shouldn’t have to face such confusion at the final stage. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to avoid such issues in the future.

My experience at Tanishq was great. Our sale person, Bhagya was so patient and extremely helpful. The process was a bit long but over all I recommend this place and please ask for Bhagya. You won’t regret it.
