We had a wonderful shopping experience at Tanishq. The staff, especially Abdul, was extremely polite, attentive, and helpful, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We were very impressed with the beautiful designs, and the quality exceeded our expectations. We purchased a diamond nose pin and a pair of diamond earrings, both of which are stunning. Highly recommend Tanishq for their excellent service, exquisite jewelry, and exceptional staff!

This is the best Tanishq outlet in Bangalore, and it is best because of the people who are working here. Specially Pushpa mam. We have been coming here since past 3 years now and the kind of service, staff knowledge and behaviour I get, can not be compared with any other outlet of Tanishq. This is the worst Tanishq experience I have ever had and I have been to a number of Tanishq stores and have bought a number of items from them. We visited the Tanishq Koramangala store recently as I wanted to buy a good chain for my fiance. We immediately liked a chain and proceeded towards the billing. We wanted to use our friends card as it has some benefits. We asked the Abdul guy what’s the procedure and he mentioned to send a mail from the card holders id and attach an identity proof with the same. We followed the same and asked our friend to send out a mail which he did.This guy named Abdul from the staff, he made us sit there for close to an hour. During that time he and the store manager (Firoz Ahmed, if I am not mistaken)insisted us multiple times to close our ongoing investment plan with Tanishq and start a new one with them. We straight away said no to that. Post that they started saying we can’t give this away to you ma’am as we need the third party and some stupid excuses. Long story short: if this was the case, they could have straight away said us so, so that we could have checked out some other store for the same product. Instead, they wasted our time. The reason we were visiting today was because the gold rate was considerably low today and we couldn’t even use that to our advantage. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL!!!!!!

Her knowledge about the products was impressive, and she patiently addressed all my queries. The way she presented the options and helped me make an informed decision was truly commendable. We visited this store recently for some light jewellery. Totally impressed with the exceptional service of the staff. Showing jewellery to customer needs a lot of patience. I think we were fortunate that Vidya was attending to us. We took time, had some exchanges too, there were multiple small items to be chosen.
