ITC Windsor, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bengaluru

Stayed here for 9 nights. Overall experience was good. The staff and leadership were open to feedback. Extremely courteous staff from top to bottom. The suites and sanitary ware need some upkeep. The property is old and has heritage value. The suites have lovely old world solid wood furniture but there were ample dust observed in the cracks and crevices of the furniture. The switches and plug points were malfunctioning. Informed housekeeping executive about the same. Overall, a lovely property ideal for business travellers and romantic couples.

Served in a luxurious and stylish but ethnic ambience makes it better. ||||People are warm and hospitable with a smile makes you comfortable. To mention Rachana who attended us showed lot of personal care to make sure all are Comfortable and enjoying our meal. Thank you Rachana.||||Karman Anand, comes across as a friendly Praji, if I may say so, though new to this place, is very willing to help out and he did, Thank you Karman Praji.||||Food was of right preparations, from soup to dessert and final Tiramesu just melted. ||||I should mention about Rosch Sharma, who helped make my decision to bring my team over with a commitment to take care. Our recent stay at ITC Windsor was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and attention to detail by the staff elevated our experience to something truly memorable. We dined throughout our stay at ITC Pavilion, where breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently top-notch. A special shout-out to Shilpa, whose thoughtful service and spot-on suggestions helped us discover new favorites and made each meal seamless. Her attentiveness and intuition made us feel genuinely cared for. Dinner at Dum Pukht was a culinary masterpiece. The Awadhi cuisine here is rich, aromatic, and layered in flavor. Every dish tasted refined, and the team's recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The service was, once again, flawless—graceful and unobtrusive. At Dakshin, we explored a vegetarian feast from across South India. Every course was bursting with regional authenticity and deliciously unexpected flavors. We appreciated how informative the staff was, especially Puneeth, who guided us through the menu with infectious enthusiasm. This meal left us both satisfied and more adventurous with our palate. Royal Afghan offered a rustic yet elegant outdoor dining experience. Draped in aprons and encouraged to eat with our hands, the meal felt authentic and immersive. The Dal Bukhara—a signature dish—was indulgent and unmissable, thanks to Mr. Mukund’s recommendation. Every bite was memorable, and the hospitality only added to the charm. The lounge service was equally impressive. Whether it was a quiet coffee or just relaxing between meals, someone was always around to assist with thoughtful insights and prompt service. We also indulged in the spa, and it was exactly what we needed after long work hours. A heartfelt thank-you to Wong Wong and Lata, who ensured our experience was calming and rejuvenating. Their mindfulness, detailed explanations, and gentle approach made the entire session feel personal and deeply relaxing. Lastly, portion sizes at every restaurant were generous yet well-balanced—absolutely no complaints. In short, ITC Windsor delivered an elegant, immersive experience with outstanding hospitality, refined cuisine, and thoughtful service at every step. Can’t wait to be back.

A beautifully appointed hotel. The decor is lovely. Good choice of restaurants and food options. Huge array of breakfast options.|All staff have been amazingly attentive and friendly. A special mention to breakfast staff Daffialin, Rachana and Kimmy, thank you for your service.

ITC Windsor offers a refined and comfortable stay, with excellent service and a touch of colonial charm. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making airport access easy, though reaching central Bengaluru takes a bit longer. The service and cleanliness standards are impressive, and the heritage-style architecture adds a unique character to the hotel. However, the bedrooms are not very spacious and lack natural light, which might be a downside for some guests. The breakfast area is bright and inviting, offering a diverse selection of continental, Indian, and Asian options, all of good quality. On the other hand, the gym is quite small, and using it can be a bit uncomfortable due to limited space when shared with other guests. I also had the chance to try The Royal Afghan, one of the hotel's restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was rich and flavorful—authentic North Indian cuisine with high-quality ingredients. While the dishes were on the heavier side, the taste and quality made it absolutely worth it. Overall, ITC Windsor stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and convenient airport access, complemented by a delightful dining experience at The Royal Afghan.  Bengaluru

Gorgeous hotel with excellent hospitality. The breakfast buffet is amazing- so many choices! My server Rachana was so helpful introducing me to a typical South Indian breakfast. Rachana is friendly with a lovely smile and a professional attitude.

Exceeded expectations on my stay with ITC Windsor ❤️ For our daughter's birthday we planned for 3 rooms for our family and had memorable stay. Windsor has a pristine touch in the entire room with British like king treatment. The Manor suite room is a must experience where it had amazing living room with British themed couch and sofas. Our kids had a wow moment they entered the first time. The garden is peaceful and a perfect family space for conversation. Kids enjoyed in the swimming pool. The luxury hours cabinet lounge is crowded and service is slower. So b there at 6pm to skip the crowd and enjoy the lounging. Joseph from hospitality team took care of our bedding and comfort. Receptionist Yashika took good care of check in. And Reshmi gave quick tour of the rooms. Veena in reception patiently activated my ITC vouchers during checkout. Last thing..do not miss cold coffee in Raj Pavilion in breakfast !!
