I recently visited this museum and had a wonderful experience! It’s a great place for both kids and adults to explore science and technology in an interactive and fun way.
The museum has multiple floors with exhibits on space, mechanics, biology, engines, electricity, and more. What I really liked was the hands-on approach — you can touch, try, and experience how things work. The Science on a Sphere and engine sections were especially impressive.
Some parts of the museum feel a bit old, but overall it's well-maintained and informative. I spent a good 2–3 hours here, and it was totally worth it.
✅ Great for kids, students, and families
✅ Interactive and educational
✅ Reasonable entry fee
Parking is limited, better to come by auto or metro
Definitely recommended if you're in Bengaluru and want to do something different and meaningful!

Hey, curious minds!
The Visvesvaraya Industrial & Technological Museum in Bangalore is an amazing place where science and fun come together, especially for kids!
Imagine a place filled with cool gadgets, exciting experiments, and things that light up, move, and even make sounds – all because of science! This museum isn't just about looking at old things; it's about doing and discovering. You'll find lots of interactive exhibits that let you push buttons, pull levers, and see how things work.
You can learn about engines, electricity, how sound travels, and even explore a giant dinosaur! There are sections on space, biotechnology, and even a fun hall dedicated to explaining everyday science. It's like a giant playground where every activity teaches you something new and exciting. You'll see how science is all around us, from how our toys work to how big machines operate.
It's a perfect place to spend a day if you love to ask "how?" and "why?" Get ready to touch, explore, and be amazed by the wonders of technology and science!
Note:- place needs more technical knowledge guides to guide more about the place and mechanisms of the machines

Canteen is also available but food is not that good. Parking is available. There are limited time videos presentations are also there for each type.
