I had a fantastic shopping experience with Wedtree Store, Jayanagar when I needed to purchase 150 bags in bulk within just a week and on a tight budget. I contacted them through the phone number listed on their website, and Ms. Sapna assisted me. She was incredibly patient and understanding, sharing multiple options that fit my requirements and budget. Their variety, even for my specific needs, was impressive. After reviewing the choices, we finalized one design. Mr. Sachin handled the billing and payment smoothly. He was polite and patient throughout the process. The order was shipped from Chennai, and although a few items were missing initially, I immediately reached out to them. They were very cooperative, quickly verified the issue with delivery photos, and arranged the remaining quantity promptly. The second delivery was also on time. The bags were exactly as shown in the photos shared by Ms. Sapna. The quality exceeded my expectations—the material, zippers, inner lining, stitching, and finishing were all top-notch. Overall, it was an awesome shopping experience, and I highly recommend Wedtree Store to anyone looking for good quality products and excellent customer service.

I am very impressed with WedTree and had an amazing experience shopping at the Jayanagar Bengaluru location. Their website shows products, price and descriptions accurately including stock/availability. And, we found exact items in the store and bought some items also in bulk (return gifts) which I needed in the last minute. The store is beautiful, clean, and the merchandize is of high quality, and most importanly, the staff were very friendly and helpful both online and at the store. Excellent experience! I can't wait to shop here again!

Good place to shop for gifting from small to big gifts. Helpful and cheerful staff Sachin and Manasa who helped me packed my gifts in bubble wrap as I had to take them by flight.

As many of the other 1-star reviews have pointed out, there is negligible customer service in place after an online order is placed. The items are shipped with long delay in-spite of earlier commitment, no response to the follow-up queries and when it’s shipped, their shipping partner takes over a week to deliver to a metro. All in all a very poor experience.
