Feedback/Complaint Review: Extremely Disappointed with ReadyAssist’s Customer Service for Dashcam Installation Order# 283925

Hello,

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the
poor customer service I received from ReadyAssist during my recent
attempt to book a car dashcam installation.

Booking Experience & Initial Issues

From the very beginning, the process was frustrating. I had to follow
up multiple times just to get basic clarifications and answers to my
queries. After much back and forth, I specifically requested
installation via a hardwire kit and was told to make a pre-payment,
which I did promptly. I was asked for my preferred time and clearly
mentioned 11 am IST. ReadyAssist assured me that the assigned mechanic
would call before arriving.

Appointment Day: Delays & Miscommunication

On the day of the appointment, no one showed up at 11 am. I had to
reach out to ReadyAssist myself, and only then was I told that the
mechanic had “already started” and would contact me. The mechanic
finally called and informed me he would take another 1 to 1.5 hours to
reach. He eventually arrived at 12:30 pm—an hour and a half late.

Service Not Delivered, Yet Full Charges Applied

Upon arrival, I handed over the dashcam box, only to be told there was
no hardwire kit included and that I needed to purchase one separately.
The mechanic called someone to update that the order had “failed” and
left without providing any service. He mentioned that once you
purchase the hardwire kit, please inform us and mostly, I’ll be
assigned again and come back to complete the work for you.

The next day, after I received the hardwire kit, I contacted
ReadyAssist to have someone assigned to complete the installation. To
my shock, I was told that since the mechanic had visited—even though
no installation was done—I would have to pay the full charges (Rs.
1179) again for the actual installation. They justified this by citing
their “terms and conditions,” essentially admitting that I would be
charged twice for a service that was never completed.

Customer Support Response: No Accountability

When I raised a complaint, someone from their team called and offered
a half refund, claiming it was just as a favor and that it’s not part
of their policy. I refused the refund, making it clear that I simply
wanted the service I had already paid for to be completed. The
representative showed no real concern for customer satisfaction or
accountability.

Final Thoughts

This entire experience was extremely unprofessional. ReadyAssist
acknowledged that no service was provided, yet insisted on keeping the
full payment simply because the mechanic visited my location. There
was no accountability, no willingness to resolve the issue, and no
respect for the customer’s time or money.

I will never use ReadyAssist’s services again and will strongly urge
others to avoid falling into this trap. ReadyAssist do not care about
customer satisfaction, and there is absolutely no accountability for
their actions.

This time, I picked up a Bear 650 from this particular branch. The bike rode great and was mechanically sound. The only small downside was that it was a bit dusty when I received it. But to their credit, the moment I returned it, the staff started cleaning it right away — shows they do care about quality and upkeep.

What really stood out at this branch was the staff — super quick, efficient, and friendly. The process was smooth and hassle-free, just the way you want it when renting a bike.

Now this replaced second scooter battery is low ,button start is not happening, will get stopped in between traffic

They gave third bike replacement (within 40 days this is third bike)
In this the key side to open handle lock is not the and that slot is also jammed
At 9 pm I had to search mechanic shell my money to make new key

They took full petrol tank scooter and the replacement scooter which I got had so less petrol ,I was unsure whether that will go till next petrol pump or not

In last 30 days twice puncture repair, three replacement and key making,almost 10 -12 hr wasted

Repeated calls,and I have to fight with them over phone for exchange

They will promise replacement in 2 hr and took 10 hrs

Mechanic will not come to see vehicle he will tell you to send video on phone

After all this they will call and ask what happened try to give next purchase 10% discount coupon,n directly tell me to change my review

Beware before booking with Royal Brothers Koramangala.
I had two consecutive negative experiences while booking from this location:
The vehicles listed online were not available when I arrived for pickup. Despite booking in advance, I was kept waiting for hours.
The helmets provided were not hygienic and lacked visors for dust protection. When asked, the staff mentioned that they purchase helmets without visors. Helmets were of very very poor quality even though we pay a price for it.
The executives were uncooperative, avoided sharing their names, and responded rudely when questioned. On both occasions, I also experienced regional bias in the way they spoke and behaved with customers from outside.
Booked vehicles were downgraded to lower models. When I asked about the fare difference and proper details, I did not receive clear answers.

Overall, the service was unreliable and unprofessional. If you are on a tight schedule or planning for an important occasion, this outlet may not be dependable.

Big garage, a lot of vehicles available.

We got a rayZR scooty. The price was cheaper than a activa. Later we found out it was broken in a lot of places, still didnt face any issues. Gave good service on the road.
1 less star due to huge taxes. On app it showed 500, but final payment was 715 ! 200+ rs on taxes, thats insane.
Other than that no issues faced. App and service staffs was pretty helpful.

Good experience. We booked 3 aprilla and 1 ntorq from there. There was some delay to get the scooters. Like we booked from 9:30 we got the scooter by 10. That’s ok, anyway they provided the scooter.
The condition of the scooter was somewhat disappointing. The bright lights in the aprilla were not working. Need to improve the vehicle service.
Rest of everything was good.

This is one of the worst platforms I’ve come across. You charged ₹800 just to inspect the bike, only removing four screws in the process. The technicians behaved in an unprofessional manner and clearly need proper training on how to treat customers respectfully. If there were an option to give half a star or zero stars, I would gladly choose that.

*No Response After Email Request—Extremely Unprofessional Service*

After being instructed to send an email to the provided support ID, I’ve waited 6 full days with no reply or acknowledgment. I even attached a screenshot for reference, yet there’s been complete silence from their team.
I strongly urge other customers to reconsider using this platform. Based on my experience, it’s the worst service I’ve encountered. If you need assistance, you’re better off visiting local shops, where at least you’re treated with basic respect and responsiveness.

I recently used Bikezo’s doorstep service for my Bajaj Avenger 220cc, expecting a professional experience based on reviews. Unfortunately, it was disappointing.

Requested fixes included shock absorber oil leak, chain sprocket replacement, carburetor cleaning, engine oil change, rear indicator replacement, and general servicing. The bike was taken to their HSR Layout workshop, but:

No updates until I followed up, and delivery was a day late.

Oil leak remained, chain sprocket seemed unchanged, and bill was ₹9,238 without prior approval.

Local mechanic confirmed tyres hadn’t been removed, casting doubt on whether parts were replaced.

Fuel tank returned almost empty, despite ₹350 petrol earlier.

Pickup/drop person wasn’t wearing a helmet.

Overall, poor communication, lack of transparency, and questionable service left me dissatisfied.

⚠️ FRAUD COMPANY – WORST EXPERIENCE WITH BIKEZO & EXECUTIVE RAHUL ⚠️

Yesterday, my bike met with an accident, and I contacted a company called BIKEZO for assistance. It turned out to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I initially spoke to a person named Rahul, explained the entire situation in detail, and he said he would assign a technician within 10 minutes. That was the end of our conversation — no proper update or follow-up from his side.

Later, I got a call from a technician named Mr. Syed — and I must say, he was extremely polite, humble, and helpful. He visited my location, checked the bike, and gave me a proper quotation. As a responsible customer, I reviewed the quotation and planned accordingly.

Since I had important office work today in Electronic City, I informed Rahul that I’d prefer to proceed with the service tomorrow. That’s when everything went downhill.

Suddenly, Rahul’s tone completely changed. He started demanding visiting charges, even though:

He never informed me about these charges during the first call (which he should have, as a professional service provider).

I was still in discussion and had not canceled the service, just postponed it by one day.

When I questioned him politely, he became extremely rude and even used abusive language. Despite Syed being professional, Rahul’s behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional, and downright abusive.

⚠️ He forced me to pay the visiting charges, without any transparency or prior communication
My suggestion to Others:

I strongly advise everyone reading this:
DO NOT go with BIKEZO. They are not transparent, and people like Rahul spoil the entire customer experience.

Request to BIKEZO Management:

Take immediate action against this person Rahul. You are running a customer service–based company — having such rude and dishonest employees will ruin your reputation completely

I recently visited the to check out the Suzuki Access 125, and I must say, the experience was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all my queries. They walked me through the features of the Access 125 in detail and even arranged a test ride without any hassle.

I reached out to them for flat tyre repair at home service they asked me for location and I updated with it later they connected me with the technician and he asked the details but said he might not repair puncture. I tried calling bikezo again and multiple times as well but got no response or they could have informed prior that they can’t fix punctures. The service is pathetic and i suggest to get alternative options for the services than going ahead with bikezo.

Clean the cars thoroughly. Not just put polish on dirty panels. I almost puked seeing all the dirt, grime and marks in the car. The roof liner had mould (its a health hazard!!!!), the driver side AC vent is broken, the IRVM is loose and keeps popping off!! The tyres and suspension system need to be replaced. Car needs a wheel alignment & balancing. Moreover, the particular fastag on the car already had a balance of approx Rs. 75,000/- however delivery agent asked to me recharge it because if I didn’t you would charge me 2x. This is absurd. Make processes for customers’ convenience not just yours, please! This type of bureaucracy is not reflective of a sustainable business. Also, keeping customers Aadhaar card hostage is the worst “process” I ever came across in recent times. IT GUARANTEES YOU NOTHING! Please don’t run a business under the false pretence that keeping Aadhaar card/ ID gives you “security” from anything. It’s only for your peace of mind (personal) and not a business decision. In this digital age, it’s a shame you do something like that. I faced a lot of issues during my hotel checking because I didn’t have physical Aadhaar card. Additionally, since the car was picked up from and dropped off at the airport, I got a WhatsApp message from you saying to bring the card 3 hours prior to the end time to ensure smooth process flow. Who cares about your process? End time = End time, if you need time, make it at your own expense and not ask customer to waste their time. I come to Bengaluru every 2 weeks for the last 3 years and I rent from Revv, this time they didn’t have SUV’s available so I gave your service a chance instead of my usual backup, mychoize. I regret it from the moment I booked. Will never recommend this to anymore. Also, I have no information/ communication about the security deposit refund, fastag refund and excess fuel refund – therefore your process doesn’t work! 0 starts really, but I will give 1 star only for the fact that my purpose you solved, somehow!

Horrible service, booked a car week in advance, and at the time of pick up, I was informed that the driver side door can barely open because of damage. I was still ok to pick up the car, but later found out that the battery is also dead and the car doesn’t even start. And they don’t have a single spare car. So wonder if you are on your journey and face a breakdown, then you will be on your own. They mentioned I will get a full refund within 48 hours, but nothing yet. It has been 3 days. Please avoid Wow carz.

Had a great experience travelling with Wow Cars. The car given on the first day i20 Magna in Bangalore had some repaired punctures so I requested for a replacement car in Mysuru. I got a brand new automatic gear Toyota Taisor – this car was just awesome and I had a great time travelling from Mysore to Ooty to Coorg to Mysore and back to Bangalore. Special mention for Sridhar from Wow Cars Mysuru who made me comfortable with the automatic car by driving a couple of rounds with me as I drove automatic for the first time. Also special thanks to Manu for arranging the Toyota Taisor for us!!
Only request is please share the hard copies of RC , insurance and Border tax beforehand without having the need to ask.

I recently took a test drive of the Tata Harrier and the overall experience was very smooth. The booking process was easy and hassle-free. The team informed me about the schedule a day in advance and they were punctual, waiting for me on time. Throughout the process, they explained every detail very clearly and answered all my queries.

It had been a long time since I last drove, so I was a bit nervous at first. But the team made me feel completely at ease. They were patient, and walked me through the features step by step, helping me get comfortable behind the wheel again.

Extremely disappointed with Savaari’s service. After just 88 km, the car broke down and they neither arranged an alternate vehicle nor provided any compensation to help us return home. I was forced to book an Uber and pay ₹1400 extra out of pocket. Despite traveling with my 5-year-old child and family for a planned event, everything went in vain. Their policy offers no support in such situations. Will never book with Savaari again. 88 km filled AC with gutka, loud music. It’s nightmare for us. On top i requested 2022 above cars, driver was saying with in 2 years car clocked 150000. See the tyres no thread is visible. The car is cng no place to luggage. Horrible experience

Used Savaari Rentals many times. When I used their services recently for a one-day round trip viz., Bangalore- Ghati Subramanya- Nandi Hills- Isha Foundation @ Chikkaballapur- Bangalore, they calculated the fare based on approximate distance. When trip was over, I was charged for actual distance covered. Unlike others, I was not charged for a minimum of 250 kms which is good for customers.

Vehicle was in good condition and it was maintained well. A/c worked well. Driver was courteous and professional. Journey was comfortable too.

I booked a car from Savaari for two days and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, the vehicle provided was an old Swift Dzire in terrible condition – the front windshield was broken, the boot lock was damaged, and the boot itself wouldn’t close properly. This meant we couldn’t safely place our luggage in the boot and had to keep bags at our feet throughout a four-hour journey, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially since we were traveling with a 7-month-old baby.

Despite repeated requests before leaving Kolkata to get the boot lock fixed, the driver ignored us until we were already on the highway, where he tied the boot with a rope and claimed he would fix it at Shantiniketan. That never happened. On the return journey, he assured us the boot was fixed, but it popped open again soon after we left our resort, forcing us once more to keep luggage inside the cramped seating area.

The driver’s attitude added to the frustration. When we asked him to stop for a diaper change for our infant, he acted like he didn’t hear us and only stopped after multiple requests. To make matters worse, a tire burst on the way, causing another hour’s delay.

The only reason we opted for a private rental instead of public transport was to ensure a comfortable and safe journey with a child, but this was the complete opposite. The car provided was unfit for long travel, and the experience was stressful and uncomfortable from start to finish.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with Savaari.

I booked a car for 8 hours with a 120 km limit, yet your team outright refused to drive to the location I requested. This is completely unacceptable.

Despite contacting your customer service center, I was shockingly advised to pay extra and handle it directly with the driver. Let me make this clear: I paid for 8 hours of service, and within that time, I should be able to travel wherever I need. If I exceed the included kilometers, I am more than willing to pay the extra charges as per your policy. That’s how every professional service operates.

During the booking, your agent asked for my destination, and I clearly provided it. Later, when another meeting came up, I requested the driver to proceed—but again, your team refused. Your customer service team backed the same unacceptable response.

This experience reflects a complete lack of professionalism, coordination, and customer respect.

Don’t send Gas installed SUV vehicles for long journey customers, we should be penalized for choosing Savari and uncomfortable journey. We are only five people and another family member have no choice to come along with us because of very less boot space in the car.
We are not convenient with very small boot space for luggage. 50%of our luggage like small bags, duffle bags, hand bags were in our laps. This is very bad experience for travelling outstations without normal boot space. GVN Raju
