Good experience with the staff. Only little concern was that the bike had some issue with the handle lock and the battery other than that everything was superb.

Joel gave a very good and courteous service while picking up my new rental vehicle. He asked all details pertaining to my drop off and gave me a good new vehicle for pickup. I am satisfied and happy with the service this time

They have few different vehicles as shown in the app ..the experience was good and will definitely recommend to all Just create ur profile on their app and book online to save your time before reaching the showroom

I can say this that those who are working there are not good, my first time in RB but very sad to say this, they don't have manner to talk with customer, I was standing outside the showroom with booking infact bike was also was parked outside only they closed the showroom and saying please come tomorrow or call customer care I had to leave early morning to trip but this guy made me sad, please guys after booking expensive bikes if u don't get proper service no use of it

Took a meteor 350 , nice bike and easy pick up and drop. Experience in the 2nd booking was really bad. Firstly didn’t get the bike I actually booked. The one I got had bad brakes in the rear, and not cleaned. The executive delayed both while picking the bike and dropping off. RB team needs to focus on their fleet and people manning the outlets.

Quick pick up and drop. convenient and economical charges. Small issue was with self start, twice. However, that was not much of an issue. Overall liked the service
