Totaly waste and worst service in hero Sai showroom and negligence our rating is 0, I'm bike number is ka04kr5376 vehicle service totaly bad impression is bad so another hero service center to better this showroom compaire management systems don't care customer problems

It was a lovely experience. I buyed newly Xoom 125. Eshwar - the sale executive. He help me alot and I am very much happy with the support.

I had high expectations for my electric bike delivery, but unfortunately, the experience was far from worst. The delivery was delayed. When the bike finally arrived, after 135km ( 2 days later) there was a motor issue but the staff was beating around the bush telling us that it is some sensor issue. We knew it was the motor which went bad. We had issues in fast charging too. They knew that the bike had a problem but didn't inform us. After paying full cash to we r still struggling with the bike. We had settled the amount at one number afters they started demanding more for the same. I think this is the worst experience we had after purchasing from this HERO outlet. Please don't purchase any vehicles from here. Customer service was also unhelpful in resolving my concerns, giving vague responses instead of clear solutions. For a purchase of this value, I expected more professionalism and care in handling.

If there was an option to give negative stars I would give. Had the worst experience here. Their service is really really bad. We came here and nobody attended to us. They are not willing to sell the vehicles at all. While talking about the vehicle the attend lady told us to check at other places and it’s fine. As this was near we booked the vehicle. It was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. They even called us on Saturday and told us to come early as they will be closing by 1:30. We came and we waited for more than 3 hours they didn’t even provide us water we had a kid with us. On the day of booking they told us one price and we paid it. Now while delivery they are saying the charges have increased. Like how is that fair on our end. Had the worst worst experience here. Please don’t come here to buy. I’d like to file a complaint on this because the staff behaviour is also very rude.

SALES IS GOOD BUT SERVICE IS WORST WORST WORST. My experience was disappointing and frustrating. As a customer, I expect better service and attention from the staff. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this showroom to others and will consider alternative options for my DESTINI scooter servicing needs.

I had one of the worst service experiences at Sai Hero, Peenya 1st Stage. I gave my bike for routine service, and shockingly, it came back with a completely failed engine. The vehicle was in working condition when I gave it in, but after service, it’s now severely damaged. There was no proper explanation, zero accountability, and the staff didn’t seem to care about the damage caused. I trusted this showroom as an authorized Hero service center, but they clearly lack professionalism and technical skills. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your bike’s condition and your peace of mind. Extremely disappointed. Definitely not recommended
