I recently purchased the Harley Davidson X440 from SAI Hero Motocorp, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring I was well-informed about the bike and its features. The sales team was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. The process was smooth, and I felt no pressure to rush my decision. They took the time to explain the financing options, bike customization, and even provided test rides to make sure I was completely comfortable with my choice. The showroom was clean and well-organized, giving off a great vibe.

This showroom has a wide variety of 2 wheelers of the Hero brand. Mostly all colours and variations are available to see personally. Booking a scooter here was a pleasant experience. Though they were busy with customers the staff spoke to us and seated us while they attended to others and then spoke to us. The booking process and finance was all smoothly done. Accessories are available. The store is above the road level so one has to climb about 10 to 12 steps. Parking for 2 wheelers is available in front of the store on the footpath but for 4 wheelers it's difficult to find parking here.

I had high hopes when I purchased the Vida scooty, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Within weeks, I started facing issues like the bike suddenly going into limp mode, which is extremely unsafe—especially while riding in traffic. The customer support is unresponsive and the service center doesn’t seem to know how to properly fix recurring problems. App connectivity is unreliable, and even basic things like the reverse mode glitch out at times. Build quality also feels cheap for the price—panels rattle, and storage space is not waterproof as claimed. This is not what I expected from a company like Hero. I regret choosing Vida over more proven options like Ather or iQube. Unless they drastically improve reliability and service, I wouldn’t recommend this scooter to anyone

I have complaint about my Xpluse 200 pro bike about self starter issues 2 times they have checked but no use its having self issue but bike only start with kicker service taken by Prashanth and kamesh service advicer

Very disappointed with the service. I hv done many time for service but there's no results The quality of work was poor, and the customer service was worse. Staff were unhelpful and did not seem interested in resolving issues. Would not recommend this place to others.

I recently visited Sai Motors with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle, but the experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The salesperson Darshan was extremely careless and irresponsible. Communication was poor from the start, and there was a complete lack of professionalism throughout the process. Shockingly, the vehicle was not properly inspected before delivery. Upon taking delivery, we immediately noticed that the speedometer was not functioning, and the side panel was not secured with bolts, causing it to shake and make noise while driving. When we returned to the showroom to report these issues, the salesperson responded carelessly , saying, "We can't check the vehicle before delivery. You’ll only know once you ride it." This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as a new vehicle. The entire experience felt rushed and careless, with no regard for customer satisfaction or safety. I strongly advise others to avoid Sai Motors if you're looking for a reliable and respectful dealership. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a vehicle purchase.
