Readyassist serviced my Ntroq Scooty, the technician only focused on parts replacement and did not provide proper servicing. He didn’t apply grease to the belt area or the back wheel, and I noticed he was not even carrying grease with him. From what I observed, he was only doing part replacements, not a full service.
It's an excellent service for pick up. I am the example their communication and respond was awesome. Even they did not ask for a single np also.
Feedback/Complaint Review: Extremely Disappointed with ReadyAssist’s Customer Service for Dashcam Installation Order# 283925 Hello, I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor customer service I received from ReadyAssist during my recent attempt to book a car dashcam installation. Booking Experience & Initial Issues From the very beginning, the process was frustrating. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic clarifications and answers to my queries. After much back and forth, I specifically requested installation via a hardwire kit and was told to make a pre-payment, which I did promptly. I was asked for my preferred time and clearly mentioned 11 am IST. ReadyAssist assured me that the assigned mechanic would call before arriving. Appointment Day: Delays & Miscommunication On the day of the appointment, no one showed up at 11 am. I had to reach out to ReadyAssist myself, and only then was I told that the mechanic had "already started" and would contact me. The mechanic finally called and informed me he would take another 1 to 1.5 hours to reach. He eventually arrived at 12:30 pm—an hour and a half late. Service Not Delivered, Yet Full Charges Applied Upon arrival, I handed over the dashcam box, only to be told there was no hardwire kit included and that I needed to purchase one separately. The mechanic called someone to update that the order had "failed" and left without providing any service. He mentioned that once you purchase the hardwire kit, please inform us and mostly, I'll be assigned again and come back to complete the work for you. The next day, after I received the hardwire kit, I contacted ReadyAssist to have someone assigned to complete the installation. To my shock, I was told that since the mechanic had visited—even though no installation was done—I would have to pay the full charges (Rs. 1179) again for the actual installation. They justified this by citing their "terms and conditions," essentially admitting that I would be charged twice for a service that was never completed. Customer Support Response: No Accountability When I raised a complaint, someone from their team called and offered a half refund, claiming it was just as a favor and that it's not part of their policy. I refused the refund, making it clear that I simply wanted the service I had already paid for to be completed. The representative showed no real concern for customer satisfaction or accountability. Final Thoughts This entire experience was extremely unprofessional. ReadyAssist acknowledged that no service was provided, yet insisted on keeping the full payment simply because the mechanic visited my location. There was no accountability, no willingness to resolve the issue, and no respect for the customer’s time or money. I will never use ReadyAssist’s services again and will strongly urge others to avoid falling into this trap. ReadyAssist do not care about customer satisfaction, and there is absolutely no accountability for their actions. Thanks, Adil

The guy explained all functions nicely. And even installed the dashcam with proper care. Ensured that no wires are visible afyer work. And gave some tips as well for usage of dashcam. Servive recommend.
