I recently took the delivery from this outlet. I would like to give a genuine review. I’ve been reading through the reviews, but it seems like most of them are exaggerated . In case you are a person who is looking to take a delivery in a clean space and posted it on insta YouTube or a social media. I think you won’t be able to do it because their delivery is so pathetic that you will feel ashamed in posting any kind of videos or images on social media I raise this concern with their team as well, but it seems like it is. They are hardly bothered about it. Call out to all those who are going to make it a memorable moment. Please choose a different dealership or inform them that you won’t be taking delivery in the basement on the other hand, I am attaching how we got a delivery for a previous car at MG dealership

Had an amazing experience purchasing the VW Virtus from KUN JP Nagar. Right from showing interest to the test drive, booking, and delivery, everything was handled with great professionalism and clear communication. The team ensured every detail was taken care of, with excellent offers and accessories included. Big kudos to Mohammed and team for their exceptional service and support throughout! Previously owned a Swift 2018 zxi —great car, but safety was always a concern. With a growing family, that worry grew too—until the Virtus came in and put it all to rest.

I bought the VW virtus this April. I took a test drive and was sure that I am going for this car owing to the performance dynamics and the "fun to drive" factor. Hearty thanks to Varsha (Sales representative from Kun JP Nagar) for making the whole experience starting from test drive to delivery and beyond easy, transparent and smooth. Already drove more than 500 kms in the first 10 days and the initial driving experience is very pleasant and enjoyable. Hoping for the same experience in the after services as well.
