It’s been five months since I joined this gym. Everything was fine, but I felt a few things needed to be changed. The AC was not working properly, and it was hot inside during the daytime. The second thing was that on the third floor, most of the machines are plate-based. But that floor doesn’t have enough plates per machine. Other than these things, it was a good gym.

Done with this gym, they don’t have calisthenics equipment’s, at least I was using the below machine for pull-ups, and now they spoiled that too. The placement of equipment is really bad, they need to include more weights, though the gym space is huge, they have clearly failed to organise the machines properly.

I’ve been working with him for about three months now, and the transformation has been unreal—I’ve lost almost 28 kgs and built muscle in the process. I look and feel completely different. Anthony isn’t just a trainer who counts reps; he’s fully invested in your progress. He helped me with my diet, pushed me in every session, and made sure I kept improving. The staff explains everything clearly during inquiries, with or without a personal trainer.My trainer, Risad Sir, plans workouts and diets based on your body type and goals. He trains males and females differently, which is very important. He also keeps track of your medical conditions and trains you accordingly with care. Evolve and Hata yoga at cult is a game changer. Not only its building flexibility and endurance the breathing exercises are helping me in a big way. Disappointing to say the least after just signing up for a year! I’m honestly getting more and more frustrated with each passing week. The quality of trainers has been inconsistent, with some good ones occasionally popping up, only for the energy to drop again when the bad ones return. It’s honestly become a hit or miss whether you get a solid trainer or not. A lot of trainers seem completely disengaged—just shouting out instructions from their phone, hardly paying attention to posture correction or pushing the class to their full potential. The low energy from the trainers is contagious, making it difficult to stay motivated or enjoy the workout at all. I’ve even seen trainers who are completely uninterested in monitoring the class or providing any guidance. The workout routines aren’t much better. The programming is random, and the lack of structure is evident. For example, they’ll have you doing continuous upper-body workouts for four days in a row with little to no muscle recovery. It doesn’t feel well thought out, and it doesn’t seem like anyone is considering the needs of the members. On top of that, the gym is often short on weights, which is just unacceptable. And don’t even get me started on the boxing classes—if you ever attend, expect to experience the same boring, repetitive combinations for the full 30 minutes. It’s frustrating and unmotivating.
All in all, I’m extremely disappointed with Cult Tribe. The lack of consistency in quality trainers, poor planning of workouts, and overall low energy make it hard to recommend. I would definitely not suggest this gym to anyone looking for a challenging, well-rounded workout experience.

This has to be one of the worst gym in HSR managed by Cult, washrooms are worst then local public toilet, they always stink, no water comes from the tap and health faucet always keeps lying in piss, gym equipment is always covered under dust and no tissues in the washroom. Apart from washroom their half of the a/c don’t work at all and all you feel is suffocating. Most of these reviews seems likes from the people they know. I still wonder for what Cult is charging if they can’t maintain the hygiene and for sure if you keep going to this unhygienic gym for sure you will catch some kinda virus or health issues

I have been coming to this gym regularly for over 6+ months now. It was a good decision for me to come to this gym in HSR. It has all the basic machines one needs for a complete workout. Compared to another gym I was going to in Koramangala, this gym doesn’t have a few machines but once you get used to the equipment it’s good to workout here.
Additionally the trainers here are helpful without being interfering unlike other gyms where they keep trying to enroll you for PT.
The only major improvement I would suggest would be the mens washroom, that needs a little upgrade.

The best and biggest gym in the surrounding area. I chose cross fit + gym but there are other options too. The general trainers are very helpful and I’m loving the cross fit training as it’s challenging my stamina. The price I say is reasonable for a 9000 sq ft gym. It has all the facilities of changing room, dining area, bathrooms – separate for boys and girls. On top of that there is a ring and a separate area for cross fit training and MMA training, a big hall for aerobic exercises too. I highly recommend this gym for all the fitness lovers.

ನಾನು ಈಗ Basaveshwaranagar ನ Mutant Gym ಗೆ ಹೋಗ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೀನಿ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚೆ around 3 years normal commercial gyms ನಲ್ಲಿ workout ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೆ. But coming here, it’s been 5 years now.
ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದ್ಮೇಲೆ lot of knowledge, strength gained, ಕೆಲವು ಸಾರಿ down ಆಗಿದ್ದೆ, but got back up again.
ಇದು Bangalore or even India ದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ one of the few gyms that’s purely focused on strength and power.
All in all, now it’s honestly hard to go back to any commercial gym.
