My wife and I just joined Cult, and on Day 2 we already had a terrible experience with a trainer named Satnam Singh (he’s the one with a paghdi-like cap).

When my wife politely asked him to unload the weights from the leg press machine after his client finished, he flat-out refused. Instead, he argued rudely saying: “aage wale ne unload nahi kya tha uska kya?” and “aapko karna he kya leg press? Karna hoga tab me unload kar lunga.”

This is appalling. Trainers should follow gym rules and set the right example, not openly break them. Just the previous day my wife had to unload 150+ kilos by herself, which is unsafe. Even when Paul sir intervened, Satnam still refused.

Worse than not unloading was his arrogant, aggressive attitude. A trainer shouting at a female member is not just unprofessional — it feels intimidating and unsafe.

Cult must take strict action and ensure trainers show basic respect, discipline, and courtesy. If such behaviour continues, the credibility of the gym itself is at risk.

It was another fantastic experience at the special “Club Light Dance Fitness” program. The class was full of energy, with a soothing ambiance and a great mix of songs. The 50 minutes of non-stop dancing burned calories while providing lots of fun. Our HSR gang added to the excitement by keeping the class lively and energetic.

His approach is focused, disciplined, and tailored to individual body goals. What truly sets him apart is the personal attention he gives each client daily—unlike many trainers who juggle multiple clients at once, turning it into more of a business than a transformation.

After observing his sessions for a few days, I decided to sign up for a 3-month program with him. Having delivered three babies over the past ten years, I was struggling with back pain and a stubborn belly. From day one, I felt confident that I’d get back in shape—and I did!

I recently completed my 5 months of personal training with Shanth, and I can confidently say he is one of the most professional and knowledgeable trainers I’ve ever met.

When I first joined, I was skeptical because of a very negative past experience at another gym. But working with him completely changed my perspective. He is calm, respectful, and makes you feel comfortable right from the start.

What I liked the most is that he focuses on sustainable fat loss, not just quick weight loss. He educated me on how the body works — for example, that it doesn’t matter whether you eat rice or bread, what matters is your macros. As a South Indian who loves rice, this was a big relief for me! He encourages the mix of cardio after strength training, and I could actually see the difference in my results.

I struggled with PCOS, bloating, and stubborn belly fat for years. With his guidance, my bloating disappeared, my belly fat started reducing, and my overall health improved. He also considered my cholesterol history and even knew about the medicine I was taking for acne that caused weight gain — something I really appreciated.

Unlike many trainers who put clients on extreme diets, he gave me realistic diet plans, encouraged balance, and always reminded me to stay in a calorie deficit. He checked in regularly, gave clear explanations, and supported me throughout the process.

If you are looking for a trainer who is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your long-term health, I would highly recommend him. He is not just a great trainer but also a very good human being.

For best body, I can say it multiple time this gym really stands by it’s title, they have great trainer and equipment, specifically I got trained by Praveen, and i am able to cut my weight down to 77 from 85 within a month, He is training for strengthing, the good things he just doesn’t train with machine, he come up with different and effective way to get your muscle boost. Also he trains in flexible hours and gets your status of everyday workout.
Never had such non chalant PT before!..

This has to be one of the worst gym in HSR managed by Cult, washrooms are worst then local public toilet, they always stink, no water comes from the tap and health faucet always keeps lying in piss, gym equipment is always covered under dust and no tissues in the washroom. Apart from washroom their half of the a/c don’t work at all and all you feel is suffocating. Most of these reviews seems likes from the people they know. I still wonder for what Cult is charging if they can’t maintain the hygiene and for sure if you keep going to this unhygienic gym for sure you will catch some kinda virus or health issues

As a complete beginner to the gym, I was honestly intimidated by the equipment and unsure where to start. But thanks to this amazing gym and especially to the two incredible trainers : Chandu and Sujith, who guided me every step of the way, my fitness journey has taken off with confidence!

Both trainers were patient, knowledgeable, and super encouraging. They took the time to explain each machine, correct my form, and create a workout routine that suited my goals and fitness level. I never felt judged—only supported and motivated.

The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a very positive atmosphere. I’m so grateful for the help I received and excited to keep progressing.

I have been coming to this gym regularly for over 6+ months now. It was a good decision for me to come to this gym in HSR. It has all the basic machines one needs for a complete workout. Compared to another gym I was going to in Koramangala, this gym doesn’t have a few machines but once you get used to the equipment it’s good to workout here.

Additionally the trainers here are helpful without being interfering unlike other gyms where they keep trying to enroll you for PT.

The only major improvement I would suggest would be the mens washroom, that needs a little upgrade.

One of the best decisions of 2025 is to join LIFTR. I was never a gym person. Liftr being a strengthening and conditioning gym, also goes beyond the basics. Once a Liftr, Always a Liftr – HSR Fam ❤️
9 months ago, I walked into Liftr HSR not knowing that it would completely transform my life. I came in with years of body dysmorphia, low confidence, and the constant feeling of “not enough.”

What I found here was not just a gym -it was a community, a family, and a place that redefined fitness for me. Through their 6-week program, I discovered not only strength and balance, but also a true love for working out.

In these 9 months, I’ve lost 7–8 kgs, but more importantly, I’ve gained freedom, confidence, and the courage to finally live the way I always dreamt of. After 29 years, I can proudly wear whatever I want too and feel good about myself ✨.

This gym is amazing! It’s a group-class setup where around 7 people train at a time, with two dedicated trainers for each session. They constantly motivate us, correct our posture, and make sure we’re doing every exercise properly. The workouts focus on the core and overall body strength, and they’re incredibly effective. What I really appreciate is that they don’t just focus on exercise—they also guide us on diet and track our progress. A complete fitness experience!

Lost 4 kgs in just 6 weeks, and this is only the beginning!
I joined Liftr through a friend’s referral, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

The energy of working out in a batch is far better than that of a regular gym. The session on diet planning—where we were taught how to prepare and follow a proper diet—was also very helpful.

Once you join, a dedicated trainer is assigned to you who monitors your diet photos and checks in regularly to offer help if needed. In our case, we were lucky to have Arjun as our coach—he’s the fittest and the toughest among all, and he really pushes you to your limits.

My wife and I are both very happy with the experience and highly recommend Liftr to everyone

One of the best decisions made this year – Strength & Conditioning at LIFTR. I’ve always hated going to the gym preferring a sport over hitting the gym. However, LIFTR changed this perception – Great crew (coaches & other gym buddies), a sense of community, fun activities, group sessions with peers who keep you motivated. Liftr 6 week Challenge- You can’t define this without saying life changing.
I used to hit society gym myself from the age of 25 and I always used to be ignorant about having a gym membership and working out with help of a coach. Always thought it was all a scam, and believed if you work out yourself and stay consistent you can reach the goal. but Liftr changed this perception of mine, they defined a new area of fitness through strength and conditioning.

Liftr is not just a gym but a community, unlike all the other commercialised gyms out there. They make sure you hit your Goals through well planned strength and conditioning sessions plus tracking your nutrition. Also they are a group of coaches who are ready to listen, not outright say what you have to do.

I am thankful to my coach Vijay Patil, who was with me for the 6 weeks journey and I could really see the changes. He put in the effort to keep track of my diet and training. We established a commitment to each other. His was to make sure i see a change, mine was to make sure I stay consistent.

I can go on talking about this community but I would say you have to hit the gym to experience the transformation both mentally and physically. Fitness has truly become an addiction.

And last I would also like to thank Raslam who onboarded me to the gym, while I was thinking twice on putting in the expense for the gym, he said “Take this as an investment on yourself” and this investment had a high ROI!!!

My 4-month journey at Iconic Fitness has been nothing short of amazing, and I owe a huge part of it to my trainer, Ravish. A Truly Transformative Experience – Thank You, Ravish!

I had the opportunity to train at the gym for two months recently, and overall, the environment was very welcoming but again there are few people or things that are needed to be avoided as it hardly matter’s for a person like me to be very frank.
Most of the personal trainers are incredibly kind, respectful, and carry themselves like true gentlemen. Their warmth and friendliness create a motivating space that makes working out something to look forward to.
But among them, Ravish stands out in a league of his own.

From the very first session, Ravish wasn’t just focused on changing my body — he helped transform the way I viewed myself. I came in feeling underconfident and unsure, but his encouragement, support, and consistent guidance made all the difference. His approach goes beyond physical training; he helped me carry myself with confidence and reminded me of my own strength, both mentally and physically.
While two months may not be enough to completely change a body, the results I achieved in this short span were far more than I expected — and all thanks to Ravish’s commitment, knowledge, and ability to push just the right amount. He never made me feel uncomfortable or out of place. On the contrary, he always ensured I felt supported, respected, and motivated.
What truly impressed me was how he treats everyone around him. I’ve often seen him offer guidance to other clients sometimes (be it postures ,formation), even those he’s not personally training, always with a smile and professionalism. He never hesitates to lend his expertise when someone needs it. That speaks volumes about his character — someone who genuinely cares about people’s progress, not just his assigned role.
Though I’m currently taking a break from personal training, there’s absolutely no doubt that when I resume, it will be with Ravish again. He’s not just a fantastic trainer; he’s an incredible person who makes a lasting impact.

Thank you, Ravish, for everything you’ve done for me in these past two months. I’m truly grateful and look forward to training with you again soon.

I’ve been going to CrossFit Agni for about a month now and I’m really enjoying it. Roy and Vinay are fantastic coaches who focus on form, movement, and not just chasing reps. They take time with proper warm-ups and cool-downs, which I really like.

I joined CrossFit Agni a little over a month back and to say its been a rewarding experience would be an understatement!
Right from the trial session which I took with Coach Vinay, (not to mention the soreness that followed later ) till date to training with Coach Roy, I have experienced joy, fatigue, exhilaration, more soreness and gratitude for having joined this place!
Both the Coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, inspiring and more than anything else, very understanding. They asked me about my medical history, which I haven’t seen in any other gym, giving me the assurance that they look at long term results and coach me accordingly.
There is a sense of community in this place, without any judgements. Each person focuses on their own training and at the same time pushes their teammates as well, which shows how well-oiled this place is!

Even though, I haven’t been completely regular, due to family and health issues, every time I’ve come here, I walk (crawl!) out stronger!
The workouts change everyday, along with the warm ups and stretching, which makes boredom seem impossible! They are definitely challenging, which is exactly what I need to keep pushing and going!

Joining CrossFit Agni will always be one of the best decisions I’ve made! Rock on guys!!

The best and biggest gym in the surrounding area. I chose cross fit + gym but there are other options too. The general trainers are very helpful and I’m loving the cross fit training as it’s challenging my stamina. The price I say is reasonable for a 9000 sq ft gym. It has all the facilities of changing room, dining area, bathrooms – separate for boys and girls. On top of that there is a ring and a separate area for cross fit training and MMA training, a big hall for aerobic exercises too. I highly recommend this gym for all the fitness lovers.

ನಾನು ಈಗ Basaveshwaranagar ನ Mutant Gym ಗೆ ಹೋಗ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೀನಿ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂಚೆ around 3 years normal commercial gyms ನಲ್ಲಿ workout ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೆ. But coming here, it’s been 5 years now.

ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದ್ಮೇಲೆ lot of knowledge, strength gained, ಕೆಲವು ಸಾರಿ down ಆಗಿದ್ದೆ, but got back up again.

ಇದು Bangalore or even India ದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ one of the few gyms that’s purely focused on strength and power.

All in all, now it’s honestly hard to go back to any commercial gym.

Worst gym experience I ever had. I took a subscription for 3 months at 5.5k in June. To begin with, I was promised 3 days free personal training sessions, but no trainers even attended to it. When asked about it after the payment, I was told that a floor trainer would help me out with general training and exercise chart, however that trainer was nowhere to be seen till the end of two months. Worst thing of all, a person named Prasanna called me by end of July to remind me that my subscription was over in 2 months, when I had made the payment for 3 months. Equipments are also not maintained properly with none of the weight loading pins working. I was told it’s a premium gym but the crowd who comes there don’t even have proper gym discipline to rerack the dumbbells after use and the trainers don’t mind about it too. I’ve seen better gym discipline in smaller gyms… Overall waste of time, waste of energy and waste of money…
