I joined Ashish Yoga 3 months back, I had hypertension and anxiety issues and after one month of my yoga classes I felt the differences, my Hypertension symptoms and anxiety symptoms reduced and energy level increased, I am continuing the personal training with Deepak Sir.
Overall I would say all yoga teachers in this center are good but as I am taking classes from Deepak sir, so I can say Deepak sir is one of the best teacher whose training really appreciated and amazing. Because of his effort a lot of changed happened in my body flexibility and fixed my core health issues. Best part is I stopped my BP medicines.

It has been an amazing journey with AYF. I started off with yoga group classes first and wanted to explore more about yoga and joined their TTC program. They offer excellent TTC program, it really helped my yoga journey. Here the teachers are very knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging.
Abhilash sir : He motivates everyone with his energy to push your limits while listening to your body, he constantly encourages you to breathe while practicing asanas which will help you to achieve them bit quicker than normal. Excellent teacher to learn various pranayama’s from.

Deepak sir: I have learned a lot from Deepak sir, his cues are so clear & easy to follow, even in more challenging poses. He has deep knowledge of anatomy and movement. He has transformed my approach to yoga which taught me to breathe , slowdown and truly connect with myself. My core yoga practice got better with his help.
Saurabh sir : I like how he structures the class. The warmups are thoughtful that prepares body to the powerful flow & deeply relaxing cool down. It always feels like a complete & balanced experience.

The teacher is very good here. She will listen to your problem in a calm and composed manner and then only they will give you the solution. They will coreect your poses also if you are doing it wrong.

My wife joined for teacher training certification, she did not enjoy the whole 3months course. Just for sake of money we paid she attended the course. They took extra money for study material ( books) and uniform. And eye cups which costs less than 30-40rs online this institute charged 120rs. Coming to practical training they just read book and make students to read and hardly training sessions were held. Students was forced to write good reviews before handing them their certificates. They were sent a separate link to write reviews which was not allowed to edit or delete the reviews. I suggest nobody should join this institution for certification it’s just waste of money and time. Farzin mam she’s only money minded. She even threatened to not give certificates if students don’t give good reviews. She also refused to give internship classes after completing the exams.

However following points I need to put across. I was in Matana sir batch. Sir is highly experienced but he is totally involved into himself and doesn’t bother how others are doing. Also, his class is more like exercises classes with hardly any asanas being done. He is too fast. Beginners find it difficult to cope n his fast pace doesn’t slow inspite of requesting. His warm ups n namaskarams extend to a long duration giving very less time for asanas. I don’t know if the whole institute follows the same syllabus.

Hi! I have been an online group session student of Pradipika Since 2022. When I joined this yoga class 1st, the instructors were different from those who are available right now. I had attended several yoga classes. In between 4-6 months I dropped this yoga class because the old instructor had left parallelly I availed several other yoga classes month-by month which didn’t satisfy the very next day at the beginning of the month again enrolled for a yearly plan where all 365 days classes can be attended at any batch. I have joined Pradipika since 26th November, 2024 till date in this same yoga class .
I would like to start my journey from Nov, 2024. When I joined, there were 2 instructors Mrs. Sudarshan Sir & Ms. Jyothi Ma’am. At present, Ms. Jyothi Ma’am and Ms. Shalu Ma’am. Ms. Jyothi Ma’am was for the Therapy session and Mr. Sudarshan Sir was handling the group classes. I was not at all satisfied and had no effect when Mr. Sudarshan Sir was taking classes parallelly I was feeling wanted to quit and had missed several classes but I had enrolled for a yearly plan. A fine day, continuously almost a week and more than a week Ms. Jyoti Maam started to take a session. When Ms. Jyothi ma’am started to teach those days my mind started to get adjusted, relaxed, happy, good body pain after 1/2 day doing yoga, changes, warm feelings, and satisfaction after attending sessions Ms. Jyothi Ma’am who takes group sessions of various yoga from Mon-Sat. Whenever she teaches one asana without being done by anyone, she doesn’t go next asana. She pushes and motivates everyone to do all the asanas of any yoga form. As I have been practicing yoga for several years only Ms. Jyothi Ma’am has given me the confidence to do a head stand without wall support being an online student, made me very happy
Meanwhile, Ms. Shalu Ma’am who handles a Therapy Session from Mon-Sat and Group Session only Sundays for all the batches of the entire day. Shalu Ma’am whose voice is very soothing and blended which creates nurture while instructions are being provided by her- feel calm, relaxed, peaceful, warm and full of positive energy in me.
Both the instructors are highly knowledgeable and passionate towards yoga, truly care about their students. Apart from this instructor, our beloved CEO Mr. Shenoy Sir’s – nothing to express about him. As you will know about him, need not be explained
I don’t know why after I started attending the yoga sessions at the Pradipika, if I won’t attend any one session in a day, I will be pissed off for the whole / entire day. Only I won’t feel sad when I miss the classes during monthly menstrual time.
Beside routine yoga sessions, recently a week back on 18th & 19th July, this organization had organised a yoga retreat at Karma Signature Resort, Doddabalapura along with the hiking and temple visit towards Chikkaballapur district which was beyond amazing. The weather was rainy and very cool. Karma Signature is a very small resort which is, meant for the Yoga retreat itself. Their cottages were good and the dishes that they had prepared, were homely. In the Karma Signature Resort- Yoga, Kriya and meditation sessions were conducted when the weather was chill. While practicing yoga sessions, we were able to breathe very well as we used to get natural air surrounded with the good oxygen and greenery around us. During the chilled weather, after 9:30 PM a bone fire was initiated and made us keep our body very warm. The sessions were thoughtfully designed, blending yoga, meditation, Kriya and relaxation perfectly. Being a yoga practitioner during retreat,my 1st Kriya trial got success as I was very much afraid to do. Mr. Shenoy Sir who is incredibly skilled and approachable, making the practice enjoyable with fun sessions in between for all levels. The retreat left me feeling recharged and deeply connected. In this entire Yoga Retreat trip, I had a nice time and enjoyable moments of my life with all the instructors as I am being an online student. Hope to join in the forthcoming retreat sessions. Can’t wait for the next one!

The instructor Ms.Shalu has been amazing in guiding every individual in the class by giving attention to specific body pains. She takes it slow and motivates to bring out the best. You will holistically understand yoga, not just from a workout perspective (which helped me become more flexible and fit) but from an overall mental health perspective. I’m a yoga novice who stumbled upon this studio through Google searches of various other centers and attended sessions 6 out of 7 days every week over the last 2 months. It has been an amazing experience for me, from not being able to do the very basics to learning how to easily perform shoulder stands, head stands, and get the routine down for Surya namaskars, Chandra namaskars and Guru namaskars amongst various other challenging poses.
Anand is an amazing teacher who progresses everyone into complex and challenging stretches and poses starting with basic movements so that everyone can learn and benefit from his expertise and knowledge.

It was a great learning experience at the Vishwa Bhaavni Yoga Centre. Anand Sir is very knowledgeable and patient. In the one hour session he includes stretching exercises, asanas as well as breathing exercises. He runs multiple batches in the morning and is accommodative so for a working professional it works out well.
I joined to improve my health as I spend a lot of my day at a desk job and in three months time I feel all the difference. I definitely recommend the centre for anyone looking to improve their knowledge of yoga or beginners!

Krishna Wellness Yoga Center is an oasis of calm and peace amongst the bustle of Malleshwaram.
The yoga teachers particularly Dakshayini are super and guide you through the session expertly. There are several batches in the mornings and evenings and you have the flexibility to join any one of the classes, choosing whatever the time suits you that day best.
The interiors are clean, well maintained and have an old world charm. I enjoy my yoga sessions here and highly recommend them.

I just finished the Diet and Nutrition course by Sri Rajkamal Guruji, and it has been a revelation. I joined this course because I wanted to crack the connection between what I eat and shortcomings I have in health. And wanting to know that connection in terms of probably the oldest traditional science – Ayurveda. I found modern day nutritional advice to be fad-driven, see-sawing and driven by opinions than truth. And what is truth in terms of diet and nutrition? Why is it something that suits one person does not suit another? I never felt confident about following the advice on the net; who knows when they are going to change it!
I am not claiming that after this course I have all the answers or understand the complexity. But I surely understand how and why we are all unique in our body constitution. I understand the connection between the food and its effect on the body and how the nature of the food I eat should be compatible with the nature of the body. It all makes so much sense. I intend to make dietary changes that I learned in this course. In fact I am already seeing some positives of the small changes I have made. I am patient and excited to see the bigger changes in the months to come.
I especially liked the way that Guruji Rajkamal says that at least one person should know this in a family. It helps not only your family, but it is valuable enough to be passed through generations. I was introduced to Bihar school of YOGA IN 2019 and joined the TTC in December 2021 with Yoga Wellness Centre in order to understand and seek answers to the unending questions that everyone has at some point in their lives.
The curriculum is designed systematically, in an appropriate sequence that imparts knowledge of yoga in a well rounded way and with immense depth. Patanjali Sutras, Sankhya Darshan and Vedanta were beautifully explained, in a simplified way and the right books recommended, to make our journey simpler.Their knowledge on Anatomy and physiology is amazing and significant. Most importantly appropriate notes and timely explanation were provided. Needless to say, all the Asanas, Pranayama and other modules of Yoga were more than adequately covered.
I had also taken up their Ayurveda Diet course and it has led to a deeper understanding of Ayurveda, its purpose, right combinations has transformed my kitchen, food patterns and lifestyle.
Our multiple requests and questions were always answered and responded to, at all times, and the online zoom classes did not limit us in any way.
