I have been going for yoga here since 6 months now. The place is calm and trainers are good. They have multiple sessions through out the day so plz don’t ever say you have no time for yoga. Trainers suggest you asanas based on the issue you have, if any. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this for all age groups. Kids session is available too. 1hr of yoga a day changed my life. I had a back pain and am free from it now and feel more fit than ever. I am glad i found this place. It was a great learning experience at the Vishwa Bhaavni Yoga Centre. Anand Sir is very knowledgeable and patient. In the one hour session he includes stretching exercises, asanas as well as breathing exercises. He runs multiple batches in the morning and is accommodative so for a working professional it works out well.

Krishna Wellness Yoga Center is an oasis of calm and peace amongst the bustle of Malleshwaram.
The yoga teachers particularly Dakshayini are super and guide you through the session expertly. There are several batches in the mornings and evenings and you have the flexibility to join any one of the classes, choosing whatever the time suits you that day best.

I first got introduced to Aayana in 2020/21 during the pandemic. I even completed a 200HR TTC with them. The course was fabulous and although I didn’t go on to teach, I have been attending class at Aayana. The classes are beyond amazing and each instructor is better than the other. I’ve tried all the classes – yin, aerial, hot, vinyasa, ashtanga, among others. The only downside is it is far away from where I live so I don’t go as often but every time I’m free I plan my day to make to class either online or offline. Due to the distance I have explored other places but nothing has been good enough.
Special shoutout to Mrinali for the aerial and hot yoga classes that keep everyone coming back for more. Try a class (even online) and you’ll be a regular!!
