I have purchased a Sitar from Veena Musicals, Jayanagar Store 20 years ago. Mrs. Sadhana Jayaram (Sitar teacher from Malleswaram) had come with me to choose the Sitar for me. And about 28 years ago, Mr. Joseph Julius (he used to be a guitar teacher at Sadhana Music School Bull Temple Road) had chosen my first guitar for me at Veena Musicals Chickpet. The fact that the above mentioned Sitar teacher and guitar teacher recommended Veena Musicals, itself speaks about the quality instruments at the store. It speaks about the service they render to musicians. There is a store at Mahadevpura, Bangalore as well. Veena Musicals is one of my favourite music instruments store at Bangalore.

They won’t give cost break up unless v ask for. Looting people , charging 2X, worst ever. The lady in reception is fit only to collect money. One knob change – 7 days… if you love your instrument, NEVER VISIT HERE. I went just by the old name in biz & had an awful experience.

I had the worst experience with this piano and Casio repair store. They are completely unprofessional and have no idea what they’re doing. I took my instrument in for a simple repair, and not only did they take way longer than promised, but when I finally got it back, it was in worse condition than before
The staff is rude and unhelpful, and they don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. When I complained about the poor service, they made excuses instead of fixing the issue. On top of that, they overcharge for everything and don’t provide any real value.
If you love your instrument, stay far away from this place!

Traveled 30 km only to find out they hadn’t actually checked, and it wasn’t there. Wasted time and effort. Disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I accompanied my husband and went with him to this store, I am absolutely disgusted with my experience. We purchased an electric guitar for 18k and a speaker for 16k each, fully aware of the online prices, but he thought he’d support the local store. Big mistake. Reynolds charged him an extra 2k each, claiming it was for GST, which was just a blatant scam. The strings on the guitar rusted and broke in the first week, so we went back to the store expecting a simple string replacement. Instead, we were met with nothing but hostility and verbal abuse from the staff, right in front of other customers. It was embarrassing and unprofessional.
We had to pay AGAIN for something that should have been covered. The customer service is beyond awful. The employees are rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic. It’s as if they think they’re doing you a favor by letting you buy from them, despite charging more than online retailers.
I highly recommend avoiding this place. Online stores offer better service, better prices, and way better customer care. I’ve never felt so insulted as a paying customer. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Reynolds. This place is a complete joke, and I will never step foot in here again.

Well, I happened to end up in this store after visiting many other musical stores in Bangalore. I was either disappointed in staff’s behaviour, or couldn’t find the right product. The store is quite big and easily noticeable from normal traffic. Parking facilities available. I was made to wait for around 30mins to speak to the concerned person as he was busy with other customers. And it was worth the wait. Mr.Sunil who has good Knowledge of guitar and his humble behaviour towards customers is pleasing. I was there to pick up a electric guitar to gift my sister. However, I had my homework done before visiting the store, I never felt it was necessary. Mr.Sunil helped me choose the right one understanding my requirements. They got some good collection of musical instruments. And especially guitars. This is the best musical store in Bangalore to pick up a guitar.

Though they said that my classical guitar head was broken which i accepted, they didn’t return the money for the strings for that guitar which i purchased and which was as yet unopened

So I have been seeing this store for quiet some time now. Though I would always see two ladies in the main desk still never had a warm welcome each time I went. However I did recently purchase Ibanez guitar. They billed it for double of what is on Amazon. And worst of all the guitar had been damaged which I never knew.
When I took it another place for service they said that guitar had been dropped and the fret board arrangements have been misplaced. It’s so hard to play the guitar as the fret keeps having issues. Never recommend this place even for beginners or others too. Better to just go for online shopping.

Accessories are overpriced!! The person in the store wasn’t aware of the instruments and their accessories! I was given wrong information regarding guitar pickups too! My first visit wasn’t satisfying! The old store was better!

Absolute worst. Growing up I used to visit the store often for jam sessions and even bought my guitar there. The owner was always friendly but the with new receptionist it’s just gone down the drain. They charged a lot more than the usual price for instruments and accessories and the people there are not at all welcoming. Will never visit again.

Best place to buy and repair guitars in and around Whitefield Bangalore. Jeet the owner and Nitesh the staff at Marathalli store know their music inside out. Especially, Nitesh who can play damn fine metal music on his electric guitar.

Got cheated as a beginner buyer of a guitar. They told me it was good product and assured me of quality. I recently started classes and my guitar teacher told me that my guitar has extremely high action, which is why my fingers were hurting so much. After getting that fixed, we realised that the 2nd fret is buzzing. The buzzing fret is a manufacturing defect. I was told only a luthier might be able to fix it. The shop owner refused to take responsibility for the defect and said it’s my problem, since I quote “you’ve already paid GST, now you have to deal with it”. Horrible customer service. Avoid the place if you can.
After they said they wouldn’t buy it back, I asked if they would fix it. I just wanted them to take responsibility for the manufacturing defect which I couldn’t have identified myself as soon as I bought it, knowing nothing about guitars. This was a breach of trust. They will make me pay for the fix. Which I’ll do now, as I’m left with no other choice. But their bedside manner needs a lot of improvement. Hanging up on a frustrated customer is absolutely unacceptable. I had to post a bad online review to get their attention.
