Siva helped us with the complete process. He and his team have a thorough understanding of the pet export process. Siva was personally available anytime that I had questions (which was pretty often!).

What I also liked about them is that they weren’t pushy about selling us expensive relocation packages. Costs and timelines were transparently communicated at the start (remember to keep track of steps and the timelines by yourself. Use Siva’s team as enablers).

I recently relocated my cats Rubix and Jigsaw from Bangalore → London with the help of Global Pet Relocation. I cannot thank Siva and his team in Bangalore and their partners in the UK for their proactive support, communication and kindness throughout the process.

I first reached out to GPR in January 2025 on recommendation from the cats’ vet. From my very first call I was made to feel at ease through my series of questions about the process, dos and don’ts. Siva very patiently answered all my (as other pet owners would know, sometimes silly) questions about their travel and safety.

Over the next few months, I closely interacted with Siva and his team to get Rubi and Iggy’s health tests and paper-work to get them travel-ready. The cats were initially scheduled to fly out in July, but Rubix had a small injury that set us back by a few months. GPR was very understanding, checked-in, helped me with all the options and reassured me throughout.

My cats finally flew out of Bangalore in Sept 2025, after being picked up from their home early the day of travel. They had to stay overnight at the Animal facility in London, and I picked them up the next morning. Rubi and Iggy were given food, water and litter during their journey (although, they refused all) and had their towels for comfort. Their collars were attached to the carrier, with notes and instructions about their nature and needs. It’s been about a week since the cats arrived. They’re quite settled and doing well! 🙂

Overall, I were very impressed and relieved by the attention and care throughout the process. I’m very grateful to Siva and the GPR team, and can’t recommend them enough. Thanks for everything!

Raj has been walking our dog Chutki for now almost 2 years. He is extremely patient and reliable. Chutki is a dog who can be quiet temperamental and anxious. And needs a calm person to walk and guide her and Raj is just that person. He takes time with her. We are very happy with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good dog walker.

My association with ARRC started in May 2023 when I contacted them to rescue a stranded Bulbul hatchling. The response was swift and prompt and the chick was picked up in half an hour after contacting them. Come May 2025, we again found a Bulbul fledgling in the apartment in the night. I contacted ARRC again, and they again guided me on reuniting the fledgling with the parents the next day. In the morning, we found another fledgling of the same parents, albeit in a bit weaker condition and upon contacting them, Naveen from their team was at the site in half an hour and managed to reunite it as well with the parents. I monitored the birds for the next two days and both the fledglings were in great shape and were taken away by the parents. I came away impressed by ARRC’s professionalism, expertise and fast response to the reported cases.

After calling ARRC and giving the details of the situation, two members of the team came very quickly on site and rescued the bat.

I had called the bird rescue team and was truly impressed by their service. They were exceptionally knowledgeable, highly responsive, and very time-sensitive in their approach. Really quick and efficient team. From when I called on them for help with a trapped eagle (on a 30ft tree) to when they arrived, I received a couple of calls from their team and the bird was rescued within the next 30-45 mins.

I had an incredible experience with the bird rescue team, and I truly appreciate their dedication and prompt response. When I noticed an eagle sitting in my parking area, I reached out to them for help. They responded immediately, asking for the location and a photo of the bird. After sharing the details, I was amazed at how quickly they arrived—within just 30 minutes!

The rescuer handled the situation with great care, ensuring the eagle was safely taken in for treatment. What truly stood out was their selfless service; they did not ask for any payment, which speaks volumes about their commitment to wildlife conservation.

After the rescue, I followed up to understand what would happen next, and they promptly informed me that the eagle would be treated. If deemed fit for flying, it would be released in the same location where it was found. This level of transparency and care was truly commendable.

I am extremely grateful that we have such a dedicated team working tirelessly to protect and rescue birds in need. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Kudos to the entire team for their exceptional work. Keep up the great job!

I found an injured squirrel near a tea shop by my office and wasn’t sure what to do. At first, I thought of taking it to a pet hospital, but after searching on Google, I found the contact number for the Avian and Reptile Rehabilitation Centre. When I called, they kindly advised me not to take the squirrel to a regular hospital, as most vets aren’t equipped to treat wild animals properly.

They asked me to share the location and a photo of the squirrel, and to my surprise, they arrived in just 30 minutes! I was really impressed by how quick and responsive they were. I didn’t know what to do at first, but their support gave me peace of mind, and I truly believe the squirrel is in safe hands now.

Had the opportunity to attend an online session on the history of Indies. It was a fabulous session. Raj Mariwala is a fount of information on dogs, particularly Indies and she’s generous in sharing it. The Pack is doing remarkable work with dogs of all kinds. In the current milieu when strays and street dogs are misunderstood and much maligned (mostly incorrectly), a solid, evidence-based body of work is being quietly put together by the team at The Pack. It is much needed. Onwards and upwards!

I recently attended pet nutrition session that is understanding Nutrition for dogs conducted by Arpita and The Pack, and it was truly wonderful! The session was not only informative but also very engaging. Arpita explained everything in a clear and practical way, making it easy to understand our pets’ nutritional needs better. I recently visited Petcart Nest on Sarjapur Road, Bangalore, with my fur babies, and we had an amazing time! The resort is spacious, with a huge play area where pets can run freely. They have a cafe which serves food for human and fur babies and it’s delicious with wide range of varieties. The swimming pool was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for dogs of all sizes. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure that both pets and pet parents were comfortable throughout our visit.

Pet children :We are three of us and we were in Petcart Nest for a few days and had a wonderful time. There are big gardens to run around and play. Our guardians there took care of our needs and timely food with playtime. Our mother was informed on regular basis about our wellbeing.

Parent: as a pet parent and leaving behind three of them for few days was a major concern . Petcart Nest took care of our pet-children well with regular updates. They had timely play sessions and caretakers were understanding to their needs from the time spent there. Owner of the place is understanding polite and forthcoming to concerns or queries. The area is peaceful and welcoming to pet-parents too, there is a cafe if you are planning to visit and spend time there. Overall good experience for our short stay there.

Such a unique and thoughtful concept! It’s not just a pet cafe it’s a whole experience. The atmosphere is cozy and pet-friendly, the team is warm and welcoming, and the little treats for both pets and humans are amazing. I left Neo at Petcart Nest for three days, and it was an amazing experience. The staff is super friendly and caring, and I got regular updates while I was away. Sach a wonderful experience with mahi
She trained my 2 dogs ,2 years back , I’m extremely satisfied with the results . She did basic training for both and she covered everything in basic training only now I have bought one more puppy I have left with Mahi for training all three together because my two dogs are not friendly with younger puppy so Mahi socialize them with each other and they are stayed together now my younger one was having separation anxiety issue and little bit of behaviour issue she has trained him as well now he is completely fine I can leave him alone at home and he is friendly with other people as well. Whoever is struggling with separation anxiety issues and behaviour issues in their dog please approach Mahi she is well trained and very experienced.

Mahi has been the best support in training our puppy right from the start. We were honestly facing so many issues in training our puppy and we tried multiple apps and trainers. But just within 2 weeks of training under Mahi, our puppy was trained well and even after the training with her regular guidance we were able to ensure our pet is trained on point.

I had the good fortune of stumbling across Anvis’s website and that was the only reason I was able to travel successfully with my 16kg pup (who travelled as accompanied baggage in cargo hold of my flight) from US to India. My husband and I have moved to the UK a couple of days back and Global Pet Cab helped us move our 4.5 year old indie cat, Ghibli, with us. After facing a lot of trouble with Air India, I opted for Global PetCab, and I must say, their service was truly commendable. I needed to relocate my pet from Chennai to Shillong, which seemed nearly impossible with Air India. Thankfully, the team at Global PetCab assisted me with both ticketing and arranging my pet’s cargo via Akasa Airlines.
