Dr Amit is the best podiatrist in Bangalore and has an excellent team. Keep up the good work. Dr Apoorva (Incharge), Yashaswini, Divya, Tinki & Nanika, who all work as a team and other support staffs are excellent.

Dr. Amit Jain is an exceptional specialist in diabetic foot treatment and surgery. His deep expertise and thoughtful guidance have been invaluable throughout the treatment process. The clinic, located on the 4th floor, is thoughtfully designed to feel warm and welcoming—more like a home than a hospital. Dr. Jain takes the time to interact personally with patients, clearly explaining surgical procedures with the help of photos and offering detailed instructions for recovery and care.

We stayed in the suite room during our visit and were very pleased with the comfort and hospitality provided. The hospital is well-maintained, and the entire team—including nursing, housekeeping and support staff—was courteous, professional, and attentive.

A special mention to Dr. Apoorva, who was also very kind and supportive.

Overall, it was a reassuring and positive experience. I would highly recommend this podiatry clinic to anyone in need—especially for diabetic foot care. Their work is truly life- and limb-saving.

I was treated for Plantar Faciitis. My thickness has doubled i.e 8mm with a bulge. Dr Amit said be patient and we will try out with medicines and fortunately I responded well to the treatment. I see lot of improvement in a week. I strongly recommend Dr Amit and this team for any foot problems.

Good range. But big brands like this need to have a more robust complaint redresaal sop. They have a very informal setup for the same. When their glasses cost up to 60k a piece then they better have sufficient consumer protections in place

Terrible customer service experience. Especially when you had a complain on a glasses bought just an year back. The woman on the counter displayed an appalling lack of basic etiquette and customer service skills. She was rude, unapproachable, and showed no empathy or interest in listening to my complain. Every question I asked was either ignored or met with vague, unclear responses. I was left unattended the whole time, making the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. Though the collections are good, but people make it bad.

I recently purchased a pair of glasses from this shop—my very first experience with progressive lenses. Initially, I faced genuine difficulties adjusting to them for nearly a month. The frame was quite expensive, and to be honest, it didn’t seem to suit me well.

That’s when I met Mr. Shajahan, the technician, whose expertise and dedication made all the difference. With incredible patience and skill, he addressed every concern and ensured that my glasses were adjusted perfectly to suit my needs. I had a very positive experience at this physiotherapy centre. The doctor was patient and explained my condition in simple, easy-to-understand terms, which really helped me feel reassured. The staff were very friendly, cooperative, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visits.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with my daughter’s speech therapy sessions here. From the very beginning, the therapist set clear goals and communicated them transparently, which gave us confidence and clarity. What stood out most was the therapist Prateek’s commitment to progress without pressure. The approach was structured yet empathetic, and we saw meaningful improvements within the expected number of sessions. Highly recommend for families looking for focused, ethical, and effective speech therapy support.

My son has got speech delay and is now 5 years old. We started the therapy around 3 months back and now we started seeing some good improvements as he is using some words more frequently.
His tips are of great help and we would see better results if we follow his instructions correctly.
Prateek understands our kid very well and that’s what makes the sessions more fruitful.
We hope he continues the good work and helps more kids and families.

EDIT – The doctor is extremely rude as you can see from his response below. He also message me in a harsh way on whatsapp which is disappointing when a patient is trying to seek appointment.
The doctor cancelled our appointment twice on Saturday and Sunday due to which we had to cancel our other plans on weekends. We felt like our time wasn’t valued. I don’t recommend this clinic for others who value their time.

Prateek is a very good speech therapist. He understands the kid so very well. His teaching technique is very effective. We have seen so much of improvement in our kid. Highly recommend him for speech therapy. We are very lucky to found him. He has guided us over the years and taught us methods of how to handle our kid. He’s very dedicated towards his work.

Prateek sir is one of the best. He is the only therapist who takes real interest in the children than money. Consulted him for speech delay for my 3.5 yrs daughter and his therapy sessions on how to make the child learn and talk well was very effective. My child was talking only a few words when I first went to him, she has learned to talk so much in the last 4 to 5 months and it feels so good. Now she can very well express most of her needs and the improvement is enormous. Really lucky to have met him and am gratefull for that

Mr. Prateek has been conducting online speech and language sessions for my adult son. He has been able to identify the deficiency and accordingly change the method of therapy. He is methodical in approach and target oriented. He gets well along with my son and is able to generate confidence in him. Also he has plans for my son’s future. He also guides the parents and gives good attention and time. Parents involvement in child’s progress is very important and his guidance is very useful. We are positive of the results. He has in-depth knowledge and skills.We recommend his services to other people in need.

The call centre experience is frustrating—calls are rushed, disconnected, and often sent to wrong departments, forcing us to repeat everything. Rescheduling is done without speaking to the patient or attendant, only through text, without checking convenience or confirmation. Who has time to constantly check texts? Why not use WhatsApp or email for better communication? This shows no empathy.

Our overall experience meeting Dr Venkatesh Krishnamoorthy has been very great. Starting from the parking security to the staff and nurses, everyone seem very understanding and with a smiling face. This hospital values time and ensures no unnecessary waiting.
Coming to the doctor, his patience in answering all questions with a smiling calm face is just mind blowing. He very patiently explains everything and is so very approachable.

Front desk people are the worst customer service you would find on the whole world.

We understand we have to wait because the doctor inside is super good. But you need not tell it 20times with an equal tone of telling go back. You can’t attend today. Once told is fine. While we check with them if we can wait again once more. Literally they make you feel you do not deserve to stand here. Mainly the old lady who is making the new staffs also learn the same.

While the new staff laughs at the situation. If the doctor is reading this. Please train your old staff.

I have been visiting this clinic since eyes now and got several treatments done including chemical peeling and laser hair reduction. All the treatments have been utmost effect. My skin was sick that I had acne issues since forever however, after the treatment I have never had acne issues at all.
Dr. Keshav is really considerate towards all your issues and the medications and creams are very effective.

I had a very bad experience. The doctor recommended chemical peels for my skin, and I’ve already completed 3 sessions at ₹2000 per session. Honestly, I feel it’s a complete waste of money because my skin hasn’t peeled at all and there’s no improvement. The staff doesn’t seem professional — most of them freshers. They don’t apply the peel properly or clear the pimples, and they finish the session in just 15 minutes. Now they’re suggesting to go for a laser treatment. Overall, I’m very disappointed.

It was very easy procedure. All my concerns are getting better each time . About the lab it’s best, the report was given within 45 min. Sister Varalakshmi took good care in lab while taking blood sample.

In Chisel i was greeted with a smile as soon as I approached the front desk. A Primary dentist came to take me to the examination area in a few minutes. She took some x-rays and made sure I was comfortable and handed my phone to me before going to get the dentist, Dr Shetty performed the pre-surgery exam and told me everything was fine. The dentist returned soon with the completed form. She handed me a copy and said they would also email a copy to the surgeon. I was in and out in a short time with everything I needed. Everything was very organized and efficient.
