A very shabby work in setting the lens in the frame… The frame has been bent inequally while inserting the lens…. The way lens is set is also not same… On one side the lens is protruding and it’s alright in the other eye… We selected the costliest lens as the salesman said it will fit the frame perfectly….. I bought a pair of Silhouette frames from this branch last year. Yesterday, I rolled over them accidentally and brought the frames here with a bend that was 45 degrees off the normal on both sides.

Be careful if you are giving frames for fitment of new lenses here
Had bought prescription lenses worth INR 16000 (Zeius) from Titan Show room in JP nagar , Bangalore on Feb 1st, 2025. This was supposed to be fitted on the Tommy Hilfiger Frame which I had given to the showroom .
When I went to collect my spectacles today, I noticed that there is damage on the frame looks like a melt due to heat, which was clearly careless handling . When I asked the sales lady, I was told they are aware of this damage and reported to Lab but it was not proactively told to me and they tried to hide the fact.
When I questioned her, she told nothing can be done and there is always a risk for which you have signed a form . The showroom manager was not present and after lot of persuasion, the lady connected me to the so called manager Srejesh who was acting as though nothing has happened and they are not responsible even though it was careless handling. No even a word of apology other than being rude from this so called manager.
The showroom has given in writing there was damage but they NOT are responsible for the same .

I originally visited this shop when my wife needed to get her glasses fixed which that did without any charge.
I checked the prices and they seemed quite reasonable. So when I needed new spectacles, I decided to purchase from there.
The staff were quite helpful and they did an eye test when I was there to get the exact specifications.
I decided to go with a lightweight frame which is a first for me.

I got specs from them with a guarantee that I will have them in 3 days. They will say they will call but the number is most of the time unreachable and they will never call unless we are desperate to reach and somehow catch them. I got that 3 day guarantee order in 7 days…
The specs I got then broke in 1 month without me doing anything. I came back to exchange it and they said oh this glass for rimless won’t work (but how will I know if they don’t, as employees inform me this?).
Anyways, gave that for fixing and told them im traveling in a week so I need it- she said she will “call” asap, and 7 days later it’s my flight and she’s saying I will not be able to get them until Wednesday. Now what will I do? They have no answers, only give problems. I highly suggest you DO NOT buy specs maker- they will waste ur time and bring out a very bad side in u.
