Worst customer service, they don’t take any responsibility of a product delivered to home, they only take responsibility of billing.
When asked for Store managers name after 2 mins of silence got to know that Chandra Shekhar is store manager which was told by Soumya . When I was talking to her this guy came took over the phone and shouted on me saying if you don’t want the product return it. This is the way the customer service is. The product received has damages on the box and seal is half opened, so Soumya said that is how the product is delivered. Attaching the photos.

It is summer and I wanted to buy an air cooler, instead of giving me the best product that they had for some extra or little more money, they sold me what they wanted to be sold, I realised that after reaching home that I could have got a different air cooler with remote also the one which is dessert and not for room usage.. dessert edition covers hall or a room with 450 sqfeet… And it costs only 2k extra while the lower edition costs 8.2k plus our own transportation expenses.
I feel too bad that Croma – a well known consumer Focused vision of Rathan TATA’s business is in the wrong hands… They didn’t even care to explain the details or variants even after asking several times, they only want to upsell and cros sell the 2 years extra warranty.. worst manager, pathetic supervisor who can’t even spend 15 minutes with customers rather put pressure on executives who has less knowledge due to their horrible training with brainless supervisors…
They even lied to me that I cannot use gift voucher online, only not to miss the sale.
Also the transport was epic, they explained basic features and doesn’t care to explain the transportation details… Meaning u have to transport ur item if they cannot arrange the transport, they don’t even let u go to a different CROMA store who can deliver because they don’t want to lose the sale but doesn’t care for the customer.. so so horrible and Ratan TATA’s customer friendly business in Rajajinagar 1st block is completely in wrong hands…

I’ve always respected Pai International as a reputed brand, but my recent experience at the Mahadevapura branch was extremely disappointing. All the staff members at this branch lack basic customer service etiquette. They speak rudely and show absolutely no respect to customers.
One staff member in particular, unprofessional and behaved in a manner that felt more like rowdyism than sales. Such behavior is not only unacceptable but also damaging to the reputation of a trusted brand like Pai.

I’m highly disappointed with pai store. Purchased butterfly gas stove in December. One of the burner knob gave problem in February and it was not getting turned off. It was an emergency situation and we had turned off the gas regulator as burner knob became faulty all of sudden. Called pai store and they said they would raise complaint to butterfly and expected resolution would be 3 working days. I explained them the emergency situation at home but they were least bothered. I received sms about complaint after a while. But I had to arrange other option to address the emergency situation. Great thing is the complaint got closed after 3 days and I haven’t received any call asking for the problem. I will never purchase anything from pai store going forward. I had good experience with adishwar and girias stores before and they used to address any issue promptly. Please be careful and watchful if anyone wants to purchase anything from pai.

I’m extremely disappointed and feel completely cheated .I bought a second-hand fridge from this shop just 4 months ago. It looked clean and perfect from the outside — but turned out to be nothing but scrap.
Within a few months, the fridge completely stopped working. I tried calling the owner multiple times, but he refused to respond. No help, no responsibility — just silence after taking my money.
It’s heartbreaking to know that some people can sell such faulty products with zero honesty, and then completely disappear.
Please DO NOT trust this seller or shop. They make the product look good on the outside, but inside it’s a disaster. They’re just dumping useless items on people and running a scam.
I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap I did. I spent my hard-earned money and got cheated. This shop should not be trusted at all.

Worst service. I purchased second hand washing machine in approx 8.5K and they promised to deliver the product with proper demo. The guy came in a rush and didn’t bother to show us demo properly. He was so rude that if we were asking to show us the full demo of workable washing machine then he denied it and just showed the half demo. When we retested from our side then we noticed that washing machine was leaking from outside and the water was fully on floor. We informed them and then they told they will be sending a guy in an hour but no one came. We tried to reach out in morning aswell, then also the guy didn’t come.

I bought a fridge and a washing machine with the promise of a 50% buyback offer, but everything from the product quality to the customer service was a disaster. Bought a fridge and washing machine for ₹15,000 with a 50% buyback promise.
Both appliances were very old, used, and not worth the price.
Gave the fridge back on 30th March, but had to call and follow up for 3 weeks just to get a response.
Customer service was extremely rude, unprofessional, and irresponsible.
Instead of 50%, they returned only 40% citing false “cleaning charges” and other deductions.
Still haven’t received the buyback amount – complete negligence.
They have high ratings only because they force or manipulate customers to rate them well.
Overall, it was a complete scam, full of stress, delays, and disappointment.

Don’t ever buy anything from that store. It’s a worst store. I purchased a LG refrigerator in Dec 24. They said it’s in working condition.they even checked and sent me to my home. Bt within few days the compressor was damaged. The ice was getting stored and was not defrosting by itself… Id we do it manually the ice water was coming down to all the other sub levels of the refrigerator.we called them and complained. They dint respond properly. We. Only called a local guy and checked and he said compressor is gone and has to be changed. We again called the store in Rajajinagar and complained. They said they will send some one..that guy came after few days. Not the next day.

Very Bad People management, We have Placed one Order of Washing LG -DHV09SWB , We have Requested for Laundry Use Dryer Machine and We have got the Home use, We have clearly mentioned that the Dryer Need to use for laundry, There is not Response from Shop After Machine delivery to home.

Bought Bosch washing machine from store. Explanation was good and they had agreed to buy back the old machine. But after selling the washing machine there is no response from them. It’s almost 10 days and not responding. They pickup phone unti you make payment
