I’ve been attending Hatha Yoga and Pilates sessions in Metta Yoga studio, and it’s been an incredibly experience , i was always thinking yoga doesn’t reduce weight but trust me weight reduction happens and she each class leaves me feeling more centered, flexible, and energized.

Gomathy mam is very humble, and a truly skilled trainer who guides each session with clarity and care. I particularly enjoy the hip-opening sequences, Moon Salutation flows, chair yoga , and the deeply calming meditation practices. I joined Ashish Yoga 3 months back, I had hypertension and anxiety issues and after one month of my yoga classes I felt the differences, my Hypertension symptoms and anxiety symptoms reduced and energy level increased, I am continuing the personal training with Deepak Sir.
Overall I would say all yoga teachers in this center are good but as I am taking classes from Deepak sir, so I can say Deepak sir is one of the best teacher whose training really appreciated and amazing. Because of his effort a lot of changed happened in my body flexibility and fixed my core health issues. Best part is I stopped my BP medicines.

Nikhil sir taught me how to do handstand and balancing yoga. Harsh sir also is very good in training and teaching all kind of yoga poses.

It has been an amazing journey with AYF. I started off with yoga group classes first and wanted to explore more about yoga and joined their TTC program. They offer excellent TTC program, it really helped my yoga journey. Here the teachers are very knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging.

Abhilash sir : He motivates everyone with his energy to push your limits while listening to your body, he constantly encourages you to breathe while practicing asanas which will help you to achieve them bit quicker than normal. Excellent teacher to learn various pranayama’s from.

Kushboo mam: she makes everyone feel welcome , no matter your level, you feel supported. She offers modifications and encourage listening to your body which makes the practice feel safe and personal.

Deepak sir: I have learned a lot from Deepak sir, his cues are so clear & easy to follow, even in more challenging poses. He has deep knowledge of anatomy and movement. He has transformed my approach to yoga which taught me to breathe , slowdown and truly connect with myself. My core yoga practice got better with his help.
Saurabh sir : I like how he structures the class. The warmups are thoughtful that prepares body to the powerful flow & deeply relaxing cool down. It always feels like a complete & balanced experience.
Divya mam: she has such a soothing voice & gentle teaching style. She always encourages you listen to your body without rushing to the main pose, which will help you to observe & enjoy the process.

Amrish sir’s group classes are very interesting and innovative. He teaches different yoga flows & supports very well.

Pragya mam’s group classes are not to be missed, specially core yoga / power yoga classes. I feel very charged up in her class.

Definitely a place I would suggest for people to learn/ improve their yoga practice.

This gym has a great atmosphere and nice interiors, but I am dissatisfied with a few aspects. The leg machines are old and not great
, especially the leg curls and extensions, need improvement. Additionally, there are no tissues or hand dryers in the washrooms, and the gym isn’t very friendly for calisthenics enthusiasts. It’s also frustrating that some people lack the common courtesy to rerack weights or wipe down machines after use. I believe the gym staff should provide napkins or tissues along with sanitizing spray for cleaning the equipment.

This gym has gotten progressively worse over time.

The equipments are dirty, plates are all over the gym. No etiquette is followed to re-rack any of the weights. Machines are average as well.

The gym is so disorganised. The weights, plates are all over the place.

Please clean the gym, it has become so unclean. And please put signs for people to re-rack the plates. And the AC??? Does NOT work. No music, no vibes, no air conditioning

The only thing i like is the stairmaster which I don’t find in other gyms. But other than that, my experience has been bad.

A brand new gym which takes the best parts of the previous establishment (1 floor gym) and makes it 3x better! Amazing equipments, friendly and helpful trainers, everything is top notch, super spacious as well.

This gym is also somehow available on cult pro (at the time of review) which is mind blowing. Can’t go wrong in choosing this place for your workout needs.

I had a very bad experience here. The coaches keep changing and don’t teach proper technique. Most of them are busy on their phones during class. There’s no structure or guidance for beginners.

The management is rude and arrogant. If you complain even once, they start targeting you and stop giving proper training. Feels more like a money scam than a genuine academy.

I went to Kia Kaha MMA & Fitness with high expectations because of their advertisements and reputation, but I was left extremely disappointed by the way this place is managed.

First, let me acknowledge the coaches — they are the only saving grace here. The trainers are very skilled, experienced, and knowledgeable in MMA and fitness, and they genuinely know how to push students to improve. Their passion for the sport and teaching is clear, and I respect them for that.

Unfortunately, the management completely ruins the experience. The front desk manager spoke rudely and showed no professionalism at all. On top of that, the gym advertises “free trial classes,” but when you actually go, they demand ₹1000 per person just for a trial session. This is not only misleading but also feels like a way to exploit new people who come in with trust.

Such practices are unethical and unacceptable. If they are charging for trial classes, it should be stated openly in their ads instead of tricking people with false promises. Many gyms provide actual free trials, and here they are trying to make money off the very first visit.

Overall, I would say:

Coaches = Excellent

Management & honesty = Absolutely disgusting

It’s a real shame because the coaches deserve better, but the establishment as a whole loses credibility because of how poorly it’s being run.

My wife and I just joined Cult, and on Day 2 we already had a terrible experience with a trainer named Satnam Singh (he’s the one with a paghdi-like cap).

When my wife politely asked him to unload the weights from the leg press machine after his client finished, he flat-out refused. Instead, he argued rudely saying: “aage wale ne unload nahi kya tha uska kya?” and “aapko karna he kya leg press? Karna hoga tab me unload kar lunga.”

This is appalling. Trainers should follow gym rules and set the right example, not openly break them. Just the previous day my wife had to unload 150+ kilos by herself, which is unsafe. Even when Paul sir intervened, Satnam still refused.

Worse than not unloading was his arrogant, aggressive attitude. A trainer shouting at a female member is not just unprofessional — it feels intimidating and unsafe.

Cult must take strict action and ensure trainers show basic respect, discipline, and courtesy. If such behaviour continues, the credibility of the gym itself is at risk.

I’ll update and edit if things improve going forward.

I’ve been consistently disappointed with my experience at Emerge Gym. Classes are frequently cancelled, often last-minute, to accommodate events — which gives the impression that regular paying members are not a priority. It’s frustrating and disruptive for anyone trying to maintain a consistent fitness routine. Balancing home with kids and work at office we come here scheduling everything and we receive a message that they cancelled the class.

Another major issue is the customer service at the front desk. Geeta, in particular, is not welcoming or responsive to members. She often ignores concerns, doesn’t listen properly, and rarely provides clear or respectful replies. It’s not the kind of environment that makes members feel valued or heard.

What’s even more concerning is that the gym allows non-members to attend group classes for free, even beyond the standard trial classes. This is unfair to paying members and devalues the membership entirely.

Overall, this gym lacks professionalism, accountability, and customer care. I do not recommend Emerge Gym to anyone looking for a reliable or respectful fitness space. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously, but as of now, I cannot suggest this place to others.

Lastly, don’t call or try to reach out begging to change the rating. Front desk lady doesn’t even deserve one star for her behaviour with the customers.

Before joining they follow up day and night, but when we have concerns they don’t reply or leave you on read.
The gym is crowded, with very limited old equipments. Added to this, the gym instructors after 2 initial days, starting pleading everyday to take personal training. It becomes very hard to have your space and workout in-between all this.

Had added a review before, immediately the same people who had ignored my concerns over message. Started calling me requesting me to take down the comments. Recieved multiple calls.
By then I had joined a another well established gym which provided the facilities and quality promised.

They repeatedly called asking me to take down the comments and insisted they would provide the service or we could refer it somebody else.
I was reluctant to refer it anybody as I had already experienced the services.

I didn’t want anything from them, just posted my honest review. But they kept calling day-night with multiple numbers. They then insisted they’d refund and requested to take the reviews off. It’s been more than a month and all they do is push a week further.

Infact the refund never mattered. Their timely response while you join the gym, isn’t seen when we actually have a concern or issue after we join.
On posting honest reviews, they keep disturbing day and night, calling from multiple numbers.

Tried something different this Friendship Day and joined a session at Purple Pilates, honestly such a refreshing way to celebrate!

I ended up stretching, laughing, shaking and feeling that good kind of burn with some amazing people around. The vibe was super warm and welcoming, no pressure, just good energy and support all around.

The highlight for me was Aerial yoga. It was equal parts fun, freeing, and humbling. There’s something magical about hanging mid air in silks, giggling with your friend next to you trying to stay upright, both of you cheering each other on through wobbly poses and upside down wonders.

The instructors were lovely, guided us through everything with so much ease, and even made those tough core moments feel kind of fun.

Left the studio feeling stronger, lighter, and really happy I chose to do something for myself (and with others) on a day all about connection. Definitely recommend trying it with your friends it hits different.
