My son is super active and he is very playful. It is good but sometimes we felt his focus is not there so to improve that we thought of enrolling him into karate class, that was the right decision we took . I see his focus is better now. There is long way to go however Sir is really teaching well and he is becoming stronger and focus is better. Sir knows really well how to handle kids, he knows when to become soft and when strict.

The instructions are always clear and age-appropriate, which has been so important for my Dolly’s understanding. I am quite impressed with the progress Dolly has made in a relatively short time. She is learning the fundamental stances and kicks with confidence, and I’ve even noticed an improvement in her focus and discipline. It’s clear that sir’s guidance is effective and tailored to this age group. Beyond the technical skills, the rapport sir has built with the kids and specially Dolly, is truly remarkable. Dolly absolutely loves going to Taekwondo and talks about sir with such enthusiasm. She strongly feels encouraged, supported, and genuinely enjoy learning in this positive environment. I joined vishwa Poornima yoga center one month ago and had to move abroad so I continued my classes online, it’s very comfortable and no much difference with online and offline classes.The center is very clean and spacious. Mr Venkatesh the founder who has many many years of experience in practicing and teaching yoga is very friendly gives different asanas according to our health issues. This gym has a peaceful vibe. If you’re looking for a gym with less crowd like me, then this is the gym for you. Even the pricing is very reasonable. They have good trainers too. My trainer shakti is really amazing. He’s super experienced. He knows how much weights you need and how many reps you should do for your body. I joined recently and I have already made a brotherhood with him which is much more important than a normal trainer-client relationship. He’s super encouraging. So far the best trainer I have met across any gyms I’ve been to.

It’s been five months since I joined this gym. Everything was fine, but I felt a few things needed to be changed. The AC was not working properly, and it was hot inside during the daytime. The second thing was that on the third floor, most of the machines are plate-based. But that floor doesn’t have enough plates per machine. Other than these things, it was a good gym.

The placement of equipment is really bad, they need to include more weights, though the gym space is huge, they have clearly failed to organise the machines properly.

Zest Fitness is a great gym—there’s plenty of space, and the machines are spread out well across different floors, so you never feel crowded. But what really made my experience special was training with Anthony. I’ve been working with him for about three months now, and the transformation has been unreal—I’ve lost almost 28 kgs and built muscle in the process. I look and feel completely different. Anthony isn’t just a trainer who counts reps; he’s fully invested in your progress. He helped me with my diet, pushed me in every session, and made sure I kept improving. He knows exactly when to challenge you and when to encourage you, which makes a huge difference. If you’re serious about results and need someone who genuinely cares, I highly recommend training with Anthony!
